The hotel was beautiful. When you walk in you’re greeted with a nice aroma. It is very clean inside and out. My room was nice and I didn’t have any issues except with one staff member. The male that works the front desk was AMAZING! He paid attention to detail, was very helpful, very patient, and very kind! The female on the other hand her attitude was very dry, she seemed as if she didn’t want to help with simple requests I had to have her remake my keys twice and she acted as if it were an issue. She didn’t smile at all, l didn’t hear her greet anyone unless they greeted her first. The breastfed woman was as very pleasant. The housekeepers were amazing as well! Very kind and courteous. A bit of a language barrier but I used my Google translate and that wasn’t an issue after that. Over all I enjoyed my stay, would definitely stay again as long as I didn’t have to deal with the sour attitude of the female front desk associate

This should be a zero since we got this room for our grandson and his wife, and they were not allowed to stay. Never had this problem with any other hotel. My husband is Diamond with Choice. He made the reservation a month ago with points. Let them know it was for our grandson and (gave them his name) for his first anniversary. No problem. That is, until he tries to check in after driving from another state. He's told that unless his grandpa is with him, they can't stay. They canceled the room and refunded the points. And lost a customer. Well, of course we aren't there, it's their anniversary. Besides, we're in another Comfort Inn clear on the other side of the state. We tried to work it out. We called the reservation number, and they contacted the hotel but were told that's their policy. They, at, at the very least, need to let the reservation people know their policy so this doesn't happen to others. My grandson and his wife ended up waiting in their parking lot while we made new arraignments... at another Comfort Inn.
Response: This reservation was made a month prior. You could see who made it and that it was for our grandson. This could've been avoided with a phone call or email. If security and verification is what you're after, he has our last name and, again this could have been and technically was verified when Choice Hotels reservation folks called to find out why he was not allowed to stay. I think you don't want the points used because he was also told, after the room was canceled, that he could pay for a room. I tried to leave a review with the BBB, but you aren't even listed there. We should've checked that first.

The hotel is highly exemplary in terms of guests desired amenities and services.Rooms / Suites are size-able, well maintained and super comfortable. Price is reasonably competitive. Breakfast is good and consistent. Office support equipments and supplies are easily available and accessible. Environment is absolutely clean and hygienic. Parking is as easy as it comes and it’s free!…The staff are top notch, cordial and professional. Nabina at the front desk will always welcome you in like family and always prompt in attending to your requests. She’s so cheerful and considerate. Sunny is always ready to be of help and looking into demands ASAP.
Here, the housekeepers get the job really done!
I will certainly be here again and with friends.

Sunny and nabina were excellent lady at night with the bag on her head was respectful just strict. I recommend they give good service and I did receive my deposit back. Breakfast can be fixed but rooms are clean.

Very clean Lobby, easy parking, clean room and comfortable bed. The showers are really nice and I appreciate!
"I have a small complaint. I come here every two weeks for two nights of relaxation because I am a truck driver. One time, I mistakenly paid for three nights instead of two. After an hour, I realized my mistake, but they told me it was non-refundable. This was very disappointing."
