Gentleman in the front desk gave us great customer service! When we first went up to our room the room had a smell that obviously was not the hotels fault and the clerk quickly moved us to another room. The room was awesome and super spacious, beds were comfortable and the hotel was really clean! The acs worked great 👍 saw people having fun in the pool! Visited some family that were staying on another floor and their room was also very clean 🧼 if we ever go back, we will definitely stay there again.

Actually a 4.5 star rating will be more apt. Spacious rooms and very close to the airport. Helpful staff members. Overall a pleasant stay.

Unfortunately this was not a pleasant stay for me. The staff was nice but the hotel is not up to par. The rooms have stains all over the carpets, the walls are dirty and dingy. They are also scraped and peeled. The restroom sink water sprays out hard even when it’s barely turned on, causing it to splash on counters and floor. They had roaches. Woke up to a roach on my food inside of the closed microwave. They had a sign that read “the breakfast service is temporarily unavailable .” The pool was also unavailable. For all of these inconveniences, the rooms should not be almost $100 and a $100 deposit as well. I will not be going back. I’m low key disgusted.

As soon as I got here, I was greeted by friendly face. It was very peaceful and quiet here and when I got up this morning, the breakfast was very good. The coffee was good. The guy at the counter this morning was very nice guy. I would definitely come back. I will save this to my favorites. I definitely recommend staying here

Honestly if I didn’t already pay I wouldn’t have slept here, but I booked a king suite 2 weeks ago.. then getting a call from the general manager the day OF check in that “booking.com” advised king suites when they longer have that suite at all, but upon looking on the actual website I see king suites available to book. So I feel like they lied and put me in a room with double beds.. my room shower nob look like mold was on it. The bathroom doors had rusty on it and the beds are HARD !! Feels like cardboard on my back. The front desk receptionist Jay was cool and funny so that’s the only good thing about this hotel over all 2/10
