Gentleman in the front desk gave us great customer service! When we first went up to our room the room had a smell that obviously was not the hotels fault and the clerk quickly moved us to another room. The room was awesome and super spacious, beds were comfortable and the hotel was really clean! The acs worked great 👍 saw people having fun in the pool! Visited some family that were staying on another floor and their room was also very clean 🧼 if we ever go back, we will definitely stay there again.

As soon as I got here, I was greeted by friendly face. It was very peaceful and quiet here and when I got up this morning, the breakfast was very good. The coffee was good. The guy at the counter this morning was very nice guy. I would definitely come back. I will save this to my favorites. I definitely recommend staying here

Actually a 4.5 star rating will be more apt. Spacious rooms and very close to the airport. Helpful staff members. Overall a pleasant stay.

This turned out to be one of the best hotel experiences I have had in a long time.
The staff were always attentive and kind, especially Pam, the Manager. A few small issues came up on my end, yet she handled them with grace and even made me laugh through it all. She has a special way of making people feel seen, valued, and respected.
The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh every morning, and the coffee was always hot. Most of all, my daughters felt safe and relaxed, which meant everything to me.

Came on vacation and decided to stay here. Very clean room but what was phenomenal was the service. Lorena and her mother Angie gave me top tier service, going an extra mile to accommodate my now fiancé and I needs! They truly make me want to come book in this hotel in the future!
