Hotel stay was great! Automated system asking to pre check in and pre check out a bit much. The staff and hotel were fine but the idea from corporate to bother guests at 7:30 in the morning to remind them to go tell the supervisor at the front seat how your stay was or not get your rewards points is out of control.

** They DO NOT have an airport shuttle** FYI it’s several miles from IAH. Overall the hotel services its purpose but left me unsatisfied. The room is pretty basic with a passable bed. The service from the front desk was nice enough and welcoming though. Breakfast is only from 6-9 so a small window. I booked this hotel purely for the shuttle and breakfast which both I did not get but overall if I knew going in to the experience this would’ve been the case, maybe I’d have stayed or maybe chosen otherwise.

The room was clean. Breakfast was great and the staff was very courteous. My husband was in town to do a DJ gig . So the room was rented for us by a third-party. It was in a nice area, but I had failed to do my due diligence. On the first night, we parked in front, all went well. On the second night there was no parking places in front so we parked on the side under a street light, right next to a sign that read camera surveillance. So you can imagine our shock the next morning when we started our Truck and it sounded like a broken down tank rattling loudly while exhaust filled the inside.. My husband explain to me that someone had stolen our cathletic converter. There was no need to call the police because they were already present. Three cars down from ours the people came down to find their car sitting on cinderblocks. The only help an explanation supplied by staff was that, “yes they had cameras, but not on the side where the sign was posted. I thank God I had AAA. I spent my Mother’s Day riding from Houston to San Antonio in a tow truck.. It was very discouraging to go back and read other reviews and discover that this place is known for vehicle vandalism. Yet corporate has made no effort To install surveillance cameras all around the building, or hire security. So much for putting the customers first. Hotel management it is very painful to think that I would be writing a different review if my husband had caught the thieves in action. He is a ex Marine, MP , LTC, marksman and very proficient at what he does. I urge you to do more to protect your guests before someone, perpetrator or guess lose their life.

Excellent hotel! Clean and newer/updated rooms. Great water pressure too. I have to say above all though the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They checked me in quickly and helped me find my room and made sure I had everything I needed. Thank you Abey! Also I didn't catch the person's name of who checked me out but she was absolute sunshine. Thank you!

Great customer service! I met the GM, Lanetta, who displayed great customer service. The rooms were clean and a nice size.. the fridge kept everything cold. Also, the complimentary breakfast was more than a pastry bar. There was Actual breakfast.
