IF I COULD GIVE 10 STARS I WOULD!! I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Comfort Inn & Suites off 249, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. My wife and I were riding on motorcycles when the bottom of the sky fell out in Houston. We did not know anything about the hotel other than it was 1 mile away and we were soaking wet and needed a place to stay for the night since Houston was flooding. Not only were we able to check in 5 hours early but they offered us a room with easy access to the parking lot, the owner moved his personal vehicle to allow us to park under the awning, Tiffany at the front desk gave use a laundry detergent pod to wash our clothes and hooked us up with an extra hair dryer to dry out shoes. The accommodations, coupled with exceptional service, made my stay truly memorable. If you want a clean hotel with amazing 5 star service, stay here! I have stayed at many places such as the Four Seasons and the Renaissance more times that I can count and have NEVER been met with such kind and genuine hospitality. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay here. The staff were friendly and the room was above what I expected. Definitely get more than your money's worth. Also the surrounding area is very nice. Safe and enjoyable stay.

The staff was super friendly and check in was easy. The only thing “negative” I would say is their breakfast set up was a little tight, and the little fridge holding the cold stuff froze the boiled eggs and butter. BUT other than that, we loved our stay. Rooms smelled really clean and were clean. Would stay again!

I got a room with a jacuzzi in it, the jacuzzi was big and It was nice. I enjoyed my room , I appreciate how the rooms have firestick as well so we were able to watch youtube on it. It was a good spacious room as well, 5 stars! My only issue is when I wanted to stay another night, the manager was a little rude. She said that nobody is able to book another night. I told her that I spoke to one of the other employees there and that she told me to come speak to them in the morning. Then the manager said "she doesn't know what she's talking about". "I'm the manager". The manager was stressed because she had a lot of people that booked at once and not enough rooms. That was my only issue, although she did apologize to me after, I do feel like a manager should not get so overwhelmed that they take out their frustration on a customer. That did irritate me but I will still give them 5 stars because I believe the price was pretty good for a jacuzzi room and I enjoyed my stay.

This hotel is my home away from home. It's located close to anything you may need or want and easy to get in and out if. AJ, Tiffany, and Miss Zee always treat me like family and address my every need. The rooms are always spotless. The pool area is top notch. The breakfast is always great. I have stayed here over 20 times and it will always be my go to for a great night's sleep. Thanks for all ya'll do! Keep up the great work!
