Don't let the lower rating stop you- this is a great hotel, in a great location, at a great price! The staff was so nice. Room was clean, breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable (as were the pillows). I will note the hallway smelled really weird (not sure if someone was cooking or if it was weed) but the minute I stepped into my hotel room it wasn't like that at all. The shower fixtures are older and tub could use repainting, but everything functioned well and it was a great place to stay. I'll stay here next time I'm in town.

The hotel is in a great location, in the center of Vintage park so If you're needing to go to Tomball or Cypress it's very close by. The room we had was very spacious with a pull out couch and we were impress by the level of cleanliness in the room. The staff was really friendly and we enjoyed the free breakfast. The price is very good for what you're getting so I recommend staying here.

I called to make a reservation Saturday morning, asked the gentleman on the phone if I could check in at 1pm he agreed, and said he'd make a note. So I ended up showing up late at 3pm and as soon as I walk into the lobby a lady from outside the lobby yells at me there is no rooms ready, no greeting nothing just plain nasty ugly attitude. So I'm confused I asked the lady politely about my reservation and she is like there is no clean rooms once again with sucha ugly attitude. I'm like I spoke to someone in the morning about the check in an she still insists there isn't any rooms ready that she doesn't know why they didn't notify her and I proceeded to show her my email and she still insists with a lack of empathy or professionalism there is nothing I can do. Even a guest standing next to me is appalled by the way this lady that claims to be the one in charge is behaving so I that moment I just decided to leave, didn't get to check in and I'm still being charged it was totally poor service, I hope they can check the cameras so they can review the poor professionalism of this employee. This happened last Saturday October 25th at 3pm

You would think this comfort suites was nicer based off the location. The room was spacious however I was very uncomfortable because it was unkept, and not very clean/up to date. There was lint from the ac all over the blankets. The ac unites were very dirty as well as the windows. They told us “no smoking” which is perfectly fine since we don’t smoke but the whole floor smelt as if someone was smoking. The woman in the front wasn’t very welcoming. More like we were bothering her because there was a line when I got there and we had to text a number that we were ready to check in while she came in from outside. Just won’t visit here again.

Our family stayed at the Comfort Suites at Vintage Park for three nights at the end of May. We always look for hotels that have a couch because our teenage boys don't like to share a bed, so this hotel met that need for a reasonable price. My favorite positives about the stay were that the beds were comfortable and the scrambled eggs at breakfast were pretty good. The location was convenient for shopping, as there were many stores within a few minute drive.
Our room had a couple of problems such as a cracked window (big crack!), a nightstand drawer that had a gigantic hole, and some stains on the bathroom wall. The provided shampoo smelled really good, but instead of lotion in the shower, it seems like body wash would be more useful. The carpets could probably use a good cleaning (felt a little sticky), and the room didn't smell very fresh, although the hallways did.
The breakfast was a little sparse compared to a lot of other hotel breakfasts we have had. There was no hot sauce for the eggs, which was very disappointing to my husband. Bagels would be a nice addition too.
The treadmill was not working during our stay, and we had to have someone come show us how to get the TV to work. The Wi-Fi was a little unreliable at times, and the elevator was out of order one of the nights when we got back to the hotel, but luckily it was fixed by the next morning.
We didn't have time to use the pool.
Overall, our stay was fine. This hotel is not the best or worst we have ever stayed in, and I think this is a fair review.
