My stay at the Comfort Suites in Houston was hands down one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, the property exceeded every expectation. The building itself is stunning — beautiful architecture, a polished atmosphere, and an overall look that truly stands out.
Customer service was excellent as well. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and made the entire stay feel effortless. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and maintained to a standard that really impressed me. Everything about the space felt fresh, comfortable, and immaculately cared for.
This has easily become one of my favorite hotels, and I can’t recommend it enough. I’ll definitely be keeping this location in mind anytime I’m back in the area.

Right beside the interstate so it's loud. The guy at check in was nice. Didn't really see anyone at the front desk after the first day there. The tub was made weird (room 203), the toilet was extremely low, and the microwave is rusted. The door's deadbolt wouldn't lock. The guy came and took the metal plate off and then we had to manipulate it to get it to open. After that we started having to pull it really hard to open and close it. Atp I was over it. Room 110 wasn't any better, that was our first room before we were moved to room 203.

Stayed here about a month ago for a week. Had to wait for quite a while to check in since no one was at the front. Breakfast is advertised, but never actually was a breakfast aside from a few slices of old stale bread. Pretty sure the front desk receptionist actually lives at the desk, she's either smoking outside or sleeping in the back room 24/7. Don't even bother trying to speak to anyone if you don't know Spanish, housekeeping doesn't know a word of English.

Don't let the lower rating stop you- this is a great hotel, in a great location, at a great price! The staff was so nice. Room was clean, breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable (as were the pillows). I will note the hallway smelled really weird (not sure if someone was cooking or if it was weed) but the minute I stepped into my hotel room it wasn't like that at all. The shower fixtures are older and tub could use repainting, but everything functioned well and it was a great place to stay. I'll stay here next time I'm in town.

The hotel is in a great location, in the center of Vintage park so If you're needing to go to Tomball or Cypress it's very close by. The room we had was very spacious with a pull out couch and we were impress by the level of cleanliness in the room. The staff was really friendly and we enjoyed the free breakfast. The price is very good for what you're getting so I recommend staying here.
