So bad we packed up our two rooms and left. It smells like an operating room at a hospital, it was filthy and one room had a bullet hole in a window. After moving rooms with same results we left. We were promised a refund with apologies that they were extremely low on housekeeping and no maintenance man. It’s been 12 days & no refund yet. I would give a zero if I could.

Unsafe location. There are leery looking people walking and driving around the parking lot looking for things to steal and damaging vehicles. I made a police report after my car alarm went off and the window was broke, $1,000 damage to window, tint, and interior cleanup. Door panel had to be removed to remove glass shards. Interior had to be detailed to remove glass dust. Police said it was a regular occurrence there. Management said they were aware of vehicle break-ins, but did not approach them for safety reasons (I can understand to no approach, but what is being done to protect property of guests)? Police said better cameras were needed in order to see criminal activity. They need a night guard patrol.

Aj and the staff are amazing. Check in’s were so fast! They are friendly, respectful and easy to talk to. The hotel is very clean. The hospitality team was also great! Whenever I needed something, they assisted & helped! This has been by far the best hotel experience I’ve had this month! Oh yeah close to shopping centers & the breakfast is also a perk!

**Terrible Experience with Poor Hygiene and Safety Concerns**
I called the hotel office around 11 AM on the day of my arrival to inquire about the possibility of an early check-in, as I arrived earlier than expected. The office staff informed me that I could check in at noon for a $35 fee, payable in cash only, which I found odd since I had paid for the room with a credit card. I decided against early check-in as I felt uneasy about the cash-only policy.
I eventually checked in around 8/9 PM after my event. The first room, 219, had dirty bedding with hair from a previous guest, and the floor was greasy from excessive cleaning products. I called the front desk, and the staff offered to switch my room, acknowledging that the first room wasn't "sanitized correctly." I appreciated the willingness to move me but was concerned about the overall cleanliness.
The second room, 215, had clean sheets but was rundown. The next morning, I found hair from a previous guest in the bathroom and peeling paint in the shower. Disgusted, I went to a nearby gym to shower. When I reported the bathroom condition to the manager, he offered to inspect another room with me later that afternoon.
At 2 PM, I was greeted by a different manager who dismissed my concerns, insisting the rooms were clean. After advising her that he rooms were in fact NOT clean, she reluctantly agreed to move me to an "upgraded" room with a jacuzzi. Room 104 was cleaner but had a gap in the door frame, allowing clear visibility from the hallway. As a single woman, I felt unsafe and returned to the front desk to express my concerns.
The staff, clearly frustrated, dismissed my safety concerns, claiming no one would look inside the room. Even other hotel employees acknowledged the issue. Fed up, I decided to leave, preferring to sleep in my car or drive back home rather than stay in an unsanitary and unsafe hotel. I received a partial refund and left.
This hotel experience was unacceptable, and I strongly advise against staying here due to the lack of cleanliness and disregard for guest safety.

Absolute trash. Do not say here. Had 2 big bugs in my room. Dirty old facility. Staff was not friendly in the least. Breakfast was trash. One bite of scrambled eggs and sausage and I almost threw up. I will never stay here again. I recommend you don’t either.
