I had an absolutely wonderful experience during my stay at Comfort Suites! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The front desk staff, Tiffany, Grace, and Ruth, were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed.
The rooms were spotless, spacious, and well appointed exactly what you’d hope for after a long day of travel. The amenities were top notch, and the atmosphere was both relaxing and inviting.
A special thank you to AJ, the owner. Thank you not just for running such a great hotel, but for the way he treats his guests. It’s clear that he takes great pride in ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.
Comfort Suites exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for exceptional service, a clean and cozy environment, and a staff that treats you like family. I’ll definitely be back.

Our family stayed at the Comfort Suites at Vintage Park for three nights at the end of May. We always look for hotels that have a couch because our teenage boys don't like to share a bed, so this hotel met that need for a reasonable price. My favorite positives about the stay were that the beds were comfortable and the scrambled eggs at breakfast were pretty good. The location was convenient for shopping, as there were many stores within a few minute drive.
Our room had a couple of problems such as a cracked window (big crack!), a nightstand drawer that had a gigantic hole, and some stains on the bathroom wall. The provided shampoo smelled really good, but instead of lotion in the shower, it seems like body wash would be more useful. The carpets could probably use a good cleaning (felt a little sticky), and the room didn't smell very fresh, although the hallways did.
The breakfast was a little sparse compared to a lot of other hotel breakfasts we have had. There was no hot sauce for the eggs, which was very disappointing to my husband. Bagels would be a nice addition too.
The treadmill was not working during our stay, and we had to have someone come show us how to get the TV to work. The Wi-Fi was a little unreliable at times, and the elevator was out of order one of the nights when we got back to the hotel, but luckily it was fixed by the next morning.
We didn't have time to use the pool.
Overall, our stay was fine. This hotel is not the best or worst we have ever stayed in, and I think this is a fair review.

Customer service was nice we came in very late from traveling. Got a great deal on jacuzzi room was offered to us. Was disappointed when got into room the jacuzzi jets barely worked so that was disappointing. AC in room on high barely blows. Breakfast was disappointing bare minimum put into it. All the drinks and snack were cash only sold by an individual as we were told. Over all it was clean to sleep for the price but I wouldn’t go out of my way to book and stay here again

The place is nice just the towels were a little stained and I would have preferred a little cleaner room, but I’m very picky… on another note the lady at the front desk (Graci) is AWESOME!! She’s so sweet, kind, caring and made us feel at home. I was at Tomball for the first time ever (training) and my step son came with me, I had to check out Thursday and my son had to wait for me in the lobby while I finished my Thursday training, she fed him and everything by the time I came back. Her customer service was outstanding!!

Got to our room and left within 15 min. The room had a strong smell of cleaning supplies to where we were gagging. It was horrible! We didn’t even get to unpack. We decided to leave. Let front desk know the of the strong chemical smell in our room. They did not care. All they said was well we cleaned the room. I asked when? Like 5 min before we just got here? I asked for a refund to get another hotel and they no because we were in the room. I said we were in the room 15 min tops if that. I says ok that’s fine. This hotel is trash. As I’m walking to my vehicle a truck is parked next to me with a couple guys tailgating driving at 5pm. Bad area too. Stay away. Oh and the hotel phone room was not working. The front desk lady gave us her cell. WTH! Stay away!!!!!!!!
