Well this will be my last stay in a choice hotel. You get my rate for a stay 102.00 with tax. A room is available but greed has crept in. Lets charge you 50.00 dollars more for checking in at 11am. I totally understand if a room isn't available. But this room sits open running the ac. Maybe a light on. So let's be greedy and want more. If my reservation was refundable I would cancel. Good bye choice hotels. You have made the choice for me to never choose choice again. I hope you get enough 50.00 dollar upgrades to make loosing a customer for life. By the way 50.00 dollars for 4 hours doesnt make good math. Considering the stay is over 19 hours. For 102.00. Greed inn and suites try to apply the current amount to cleaning your hotel instead of poking eyes out for 4 hours at 50.00 dollars. I would also teach customer service to your front desk agent. Because when I say can I pre checkin. And the first words are we will have to charge you 50.00 dollars. And I have to ask why. Bad customer service and bad taste to start a trip. Again thank you for making the choice to stay away forever! My choice will be other hotels!

Me and my mom was just there this weekend 11-15-2025. My mom had just check us in it went great we was in for a family party why we getting dress I saw a roach I was like okay I just seen one then my mom saw some more. She was like naw let me go down here let them no what going on she she did the lady at the front desk was yelling at my mom like we was lying about the bugs let me tell you this we don’t live like that. So then the lady gave us a different room hell that room smell like smoke so I did sleep good didn’t shower hell I had to take a hoe bath I didn’t eat breakfast this not a clean hotel I’m sorry it’s not then when we check out we ask if it was Manager, and we was told they don’t speak to anyone in person hmmm that crazy lies. I will never come back to this place again

I have been staying at this hotel for an extended period of time. The managers and all other members of the staff are very kind and helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for both long and short stays. I would give ten stars if I could!

not sure about everyone else, but I don't enjoy sleeping on a bed that feels like someone took a fitted sheet and placed it around a stack of cardboard boxes for over $80 a night. I genuinely don't know how more people aren't complaining about how stiff and terrible the beds are. the pool also closes at 9:30 PM, which is pretty early. definitely won't be booking here ever again. and this whole "your feedback is important to us so that we can make changes blah blah blah" response to negative reviews isn't cutting it. put your words into action if you care about your customers.

if you want to share the bed with a bed bug or two this is the perfect place for you. We checked out of this place as soon as we saw this and when we spoke to the person in charge their response was "ARE YOU CHECKING OUT JUST BECAUSE OF THAT?" (meaning bed bugs) when we asked to speak to a manager they were not able to tell us when one would be available
