Stood at this hotel with my daughters and sister for 5 days. I was skeptical because the area was little wild but at the same time quiet. I did have a little hiccup with payment misunderstandings but I must say that the hospitality here is overwhelmingly positive. Nick at front desk is awesome he was created to serve I have to say he greeted us everyday made himself present in that hotel. Very kind personality and a lot of patience shout out to nick. Housekeepers did a more than a wonderful job with maintaining the hotel clean. The food was not something from the Hilton hotel but it did the job. But the lady in charge of that was extremely friendly. The pool was clean my kids enjoyed it they brought us towel asked if we needed anything VERY hospitality. The rooms were clean and awesome and every time we came back from being out we had fresh towels and rooms cleaned out. Thank you so much for your hospitality if I ever had to revisit this hotel I will. I do want to recommend NICK to try to maybe have the place be redecorated with brighter colors. So it may match the service in the hotel. Maybe colorful flowers near the pool a new table some new refresh paint brighter colors in the inside. I recommend some different fun and colorful breakfast options some oranges fruit bowls. If you need help with redecorating I would go help.

Roaches! 🪳 5 seconds after being there, a roach crawled across the coffee maker. The rooms are nicely updated but there were baby roaches crawling across the floor. Another midsize roach crawled from behind the tv. Front desk wasn’t at the desk when I left, but I did call and let them know. I picked this hotel b/c hot breakfast was offered, price was right and conveniently located. I decided not to eat breakfast because-roaches- and I’d rather drive a few extra miles and pay $20 more for peace of mind that creepy crawlers won’t be in my luggage. Hot water was more like lukewarm. Sketchy people walking the streets around. Kids running around hotel/up& down elevator with no parental supervision. Save yourselves the trouble and book someplace else.

Great stay, helpful staff! In December, I had to urgently leave another hotel and found myself in need of a room at short notice. I accidentally booked the wrong date and time at Comfort Inn, but the kind Indian woman at the reception went above and beyond to help me out so I could stay the night. It was safe over there. The hotel was clean, peaceful, and provided a sweet and yummy breakfast in the morning. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay.

Hotel its excellent location with many restaurants and shopping center around & close distance to downtown Houston.👌 rooms has not carpet, they have titles floor it make look better & clean thats A+, All room are inside close building, Parking on the back with fence around with security cameras also They provide morning breakfast the regular waffles 🧇 + more. I give 4 star no hot water in shower but can be solve 😉 . I recommend this 🏨 Hotel. Thanks I was very undecided to get a room here because all the bad comments people post, for what I saw in this property those are minor problems they can be solve. Hotel property pass the standards 👌 for been a great hotel. Look the others around this one, outside room , open parking & noise pollution very unsecured.

Heavily used room keys and envelopes. One must have been used 1000 times. It had scratches you could run your nail through & was permanently bent. Room seemed clean. No cot that was advertised. The phone didn't work at first but managed to get the cord to stay in the receiver long enough to make a call. The sheets were slick, but we figured it was detergent or softener. Morning shower barely warm. Towels had same slick feeling on them as well & didn't leave you feeling clean or dry. Morning after the shower just stopped working partway through. Restarted it several times to rinse. Still only warm. Figured it was from many people using the system. That night went to enjoy the hot tub. Not enjoyable. Not warm, let alone hot, jets did not work, & timer dial broken. Tried to shower again. This was around 7pm. Still barely warm then it turned off within 3 minutes of starting it. Went down to the desk to ask for a new room as we needed to shower. Clerk suggested I go upstairs & wait for the maintenance. He called a few minutes later, phone wouldn't connect so called back on my cell. He told me to come back down & get keys to a new room. Once there he questioned me about which room I was in. Our number 220 was written over number 221 from prior use. Told to give up current keys in exchange for new ones. Refused so I could access things in 220. Told me to return keys ASAP. Changed to 218. which had a broken door lock. Cut my finger exiting to return keys. When the elevator stopped the doors didn't open. I waited. I began knocking on the door. I was hollering to see if anyone would respond. Then the elevator dropped about 6in & still doors did not open. I PANICKED. I began screaming, beating, & kicking at the door. Nobody yelled back, nobody knocked, nothing. When the doors did open, I fell out. Front desk clerk & two house staff were there staring at me. I broke down crying & shaking, full-blown panic attack. I kept telling them this was NOT okay, I was NOT okay. "Don't let anyone on that thing!!" Calming I was given water & band-aid when I asked. When ready to head back I went for the stairs. Clerk tried to get me back into the elevator! Suggesting he would ride with me. A strange man, in a strange city, in an elevator I JUST got stuck in. I took the stairs despite his REPEATED insistence. In my room I got into bed. The sheets felt nothing like the sheets in the other room. These felt normal. I saw black mold on the bedside lamp shade. Checked out at 5am. Was told the manager had been notified & we should expect a call later that day. I called several days later & was told to come downstairs to speak with clerk. I explained I was home & was told I'd receive a call from the manager soon. I called again, was told to come downstairs again. & again, explained I was not there. The clerk then told me "I just went up to room 218 & there is someone there." I said, "Great, go bother them but they're not me. Shouldn't you know who's in your hotel?" Was told again I'd get a call. Was told manager's name was Bob, then PC. Was told he was out of the country for an emergency & my issue was not important enough to call. I offered my email if that would be easier for him. Was told he's back in the country & coming in to work & would call. I've been told so many times he'd contact me & nothing has come of it. I have called no less than 10 times. Only speaking with desk clerks. No answer from management. Was offered a single night's refund, which I refused until I spoke to management. I felt I deserved to speak to them & tell them what happened firsthand, especially after weeks of being ignored. Then I called to accept the refund as that was the only response given. I've called back twice to check its status. I've given them a chance to fix this issue. I've practically begged for it. I hurt for a week & a half from my attempts to escape the elevator. I still tried to reason with them. It got me nowhere.
