if you want to share the bed with a bed bug or two this is the perfect place for you. We checked out of this place as soon as we saw this and when we spoke to the person in charge their response was "ARE YOU CHECKING OUT JUST BECAUSE OF THAT?" (meaning bed bugs) when we asked to speak to a manager they were not able to tell us when one would be available

The air conditioning was not working properly, and there were bugs under the table against the wall. The TV didn’t work at all. We reported these issues to the front desk and were told someone would come to check, but no one ever showed up. We requested additional blankets and sheets for the pullout sofa an amenity we paid extra for but were told there were none available, as they do not keep extras on site.
We had no choice but to stay, having driven over two hours for a wedding. The bathroom was also in poor condition, with peeling paint and poor water flow.
When I raised these concerns at check-out, I was offered a discount on a future stay and asked not to leave a negative review. It was clear the priority was protecting their reputation, not addressing the customer experience. Based on this, I would not recommend this location to anyone.

not sure about everyone else, but I don't enjoy sleeping on a bed that feels like someone took a fitted sheet and placed it around a stack of cardboard boxes for over $80 a night. I genuinely don't know how more people aren't complaining about how stiff and terrible the beds are. the pool also closes at 9:30 PM, which is pretty early. definitely won't be booking here ever again. and this whole "your feedback is important to us so that we can make changes blah blah blah" response to negative reviews isn't cutting it. put your words into action if you care about your customers.

Stood at this hotel with my daughters and sister for 5 days. I was skeptical because the area was little wild but at the same time quiet. I did have a little hiccup with payment misunderstandings but I must say that the hospitality here is overwhelmingly positive. Nick at front desk is awesome he was created to serve I have to say he greeted us everyday made himself present in that hotel. Very kind personality and a lot of patience shout out to nick. Housekeepers did a more than a wonderful job with maintaining the hotel clean. The food was not something from the Hilton hotel but it did the job. But the lady in charge of that was extremely friendly. The pool was clean my kids enjoyed it they brought us towel asked if we needed anything VERY hospitality. The rooms were clean and awesome and every time we came back from being out we had fresh towels and rooms cleaned out. Thank you so much for your hospitality if I ever had to revisit this hotel I will.
I do want to recommend NICK to try to maybe have the place be redecorated with brighter colors. So it may match the service in the hotel. Maybe colorful flowers near the pool a new table some new refresh paint brighter colors in the inside. I recommend some different fun and colorful breakfast options some oranges fruit bowls.
If you need help with redecorating I would go help.

This is first time I have seen Nice Pool with Nice waterfalls running.
Breakfast is really Good.
Very Friendly Employees.
Location is very nice around with all the Restaurants
