Roaches! 🪳 5 seconds after being there, a roach crawled across the coffee maker. The rooms are nicely updated but there were baby roaches crawling across the floor. Another midsize roach crawled from behind the tv. Front desk wasn’t at the desk when I left, but I did call and let them know. I picked this hotel b/c hot breakfast was offered, price was right and conveniently located. I decided not to eat breakfast because-roaches- and I’d rather drive a few extra miles and pay $20 more for peace of mind that creepy crawlers won’t be in my luggage. Hot water was more like lukewarm. Sketchy people walking the streets around. Kids running around hotel/up& down elevator with no parental supervision. Save yourselves the trouble and book someplace else.

Great stay, helpful staff!
In December, I had to urgently leave another hotel and found myself in need of a room at short notice. I accidentally booked the wrong date and time at Comfort Inn, but the kind Indian woman at the reception went above and beyond to help me out so I could stay the night. It was safe over there.
The hotel was clean, peaceful, and provided a sweet and yummy breakfast in the morning. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay.

Hotel its excellent location with many restaurants and shopping center around & close distance to downtown Houston.👌 rooms has not carpet, they have titles floor it make look better & clean thats A+, All room are inside close building, Parking on the back with fence around with security cameras also They provide morning breakfast the regular waffles 🧇 + more.
I give 4 star no hot water in shower but can be solve 😉 .
I recommend this 🏨 Hotel.

I was very undecided to get a room here because all the bad comments people post, for what I saw in this property those are minor problems they can be solve.
Hotel property pass the standards 👌 for been a great hotel.
Look the others around this one, outside room , open parking & noise pollution very unsecured.

DO NOT STAY!! I wish I could give a zero rating. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. We checked into our room late evening. When we walked into the room, we could feel the AC was not cooling. Looking up on the ceiling, we saw water damage. We sat on the bed to eat our dinner we grabbed on the way only to see a roach go across the floor. Upon further inspection, there were ants in the bathtub and ants coming out of a hole from underneath the tub and another roach running across the floor. The room phone was not connected and didn't work. I walked downstairs and addressed this with the front desk and was offered another room. We went to the other room and were greeted by more bugs, a molded toilet bowl, and a water leak from the tank on the toilet. I quickly made a reservation at another hotel and went downstairs to leave and get a refund. I was told the manager wasn't not on site, and they were not authorized to issue a refund. I didn't want to leave without getting a confirmation on a refund. We waited and finally at 10:00 at night decided to go to our other hotel because we had an early morning. I did receive my refund but can not believe the level of disgust the rooms were in. Pay more and stay at another hotel. You'll thank yourself!!

I was with my Mother .who is 75 years old. She had just gotten out of the hospital with some major issues. We stayed here for Thanksgiving....I reserved a handicap room !! They still had the nerve to tell me she has to leave due to her smell .which is simply OLD smell . Every hotel makes their own rules with these things . My Mom knew what happened .we paid over 100$ a night . I just think people are rude .don't thrse people have Mother's???
