Beautiful place with valet, plenty of seating inside and outside. The waiter was very attentive and fast with our order. The food tasted delicious and fresh and the drinks were so flavorful. I didn't eat a whole meal just appetizers on happy hour but definitely want to come back to try more.

Had been interested in the cuisine by chef Hugo for quite awhile , popped in this afternoon for lunch and everything we had was very good . Ordered chips and guac as an appetizer. The salsa came out tasting like they used fresh ingredients, seasoned well and even a bit spicy! Chips were using the blue tortillas they use and were thicker than a standard chip.
Got the 2 plates for 30 $ large enough portions for sharing, for the tuna tostadas and mussels . Both exceeded my expectations, very complex flavors, the tuna was savory and sweet with the fruit jam , avocado and fresh crema. The mussels came out in a green salsa that was made with pepian which is roasted pumpkin seeds. Spouse got the fish tacos , great crisp to the fish and chipotle mayo and queso fresco. Tortilla came out cold in my opinion. Great flavors to all dishes
Wish we have saved room for dessert.
I order a Spanish Tempranillo called finca resalso that had crisp berry notes and paired great with our food!

I had the pleasure of dining at Caracol during Restaurant Week, and it was an ok experience! The ambiance was lively and vibrant, setting the perfect tone for a girls lunch. I was happy to see they were also baby friendly. The Restaurant Week menu offered a great selection of dishes that showcased the best of Caracol’s cuisine.
Props to the chef. We liked the food. We started with the ceviche, empanadas, fish tacos, and tuna which was fresh and bursting with flavor—a true highlight of the meal. For the main course, I opted for the elote soup, chili relleno and steak which was cooked to perfection and beautifully presented. The accompanying sides complemented the dish wonderfully, adding depth and texture to the plate.
The dessert was a delightful ending to the meal—a decadent and rich tres leches cake that was just sweet enough without being overwhelming and the chocolate ball was fun but not edible.
Service was friendly but sketchy. The waiter gave us free items in hopes of a big tip! They also
Forgot our oysters we ordered.
Other than the weird service Caracol made Restaurant Week special, offering an outstanding food experience.

I occasionally visit this place for oysters. Both raw and baked oysters are the best in town! My friends had an amazing experience as well, and we all loved how drinks and food come out quickly as we ordered. This place isn’t cheap if you are a heavy cocktail drinker, but definitely meet its quality. Must try!
