I'm currently here for a 4 night stay and so far everything has been amazing! The room is very clean and very big. It's also very affordable for how nice this hotel is! This place is amazing and the breakfast is very good with a ton of different offerings. If your ever in the Sugarland area and you need a hotel I'd definitely check this hotel out! I'll definitely be back!

Very cozy beds and clean. Allowed us to have our dog in room as well. Extremely accommodating with friendly staff. Also included morning breakfast buffet.

The stay was perfect. Cold ac, clean rooms, love that these hotels & motels have no carpet. Tile is so much cleaner. Bed & pillows were so comfortable staff was excellent.

I stayed from Sept 6th thru Sept 9th, all the staff was very nice and courteous. All the front desk staff had great customer service. The lobby and breakfast dinning area was always clean and breakfast was always hot and delicious. Room service was great anytime I need it anything I received it. Room was very clean and really nice view.

I’ve stayed here many times in past with no issues but this time room was not very clean, sheet was missing from bed, do-not-disturb sign was missing, etc. I had to get dressed again, had to retrieve items from front desk, and had no apologies from front desk. I know it wasn’t his fault but not good customer service as a representative of Best Western. Will probably not stay here again.
