I am currently staying here for work, and they are very nice and kind to me. They’ve taken excellent care of me, and the rooms are very clean. When I first arrived, I was worried, but Shawn showed me a room and explained that they just remodeled it. I’m staying here for six months and could choose any hotel, but I will continue to stay at the Best Western Plus here in Sugar Land.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. It was very clean and you could smell it when you walk in the front door, and your room. The rooms are fresh and the whole hotel is very clean and well kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful

My wife and I stayed here in the beginning of April of 2025 for 3 days and nights and my opinion is that the ratings I read which gave this property a 4.4 rating are way too high. I feel this property which used to have good ratings has now been left to be run into the ground. My first impression was that all of the ashtrays in front of the building were crammed with cigarette butts and unable to be used people have been using the flower pots as an ashtray because of this. Inside the hotel I couldn't help but notice the stainless steel on the inside as well as the outside of the elevator was very dirty with greasy fingerprints and the like. It looked like they haven't been wiped down in a long time. P the room did not feel too clean and when I went to use the ice bucket the previous guests trash such as open sugar packets we're left inside. I seriously question whether the blankets and bedspreads have ever been washed. The sink stopper needed to be pushed up and down with your fingers because the lever is broken. The towels were okay and the amenities were satisfactory I like the in room Keurig and the Keurig breakfast blend coffees however our son who stayed in the room next door did not have a coffee maker in his room just the pods. The parking lot was absolutely littered with garbage and look like it hadn't been picked up for some time a Walmart bag stuck to a bush was still there even three days later. We went down at 9:00 for the free omelette breakfast that was promised don't need to find everything was pretty much empty. At night I went downstairs late to smoke a cigar before bed and found the fire door that's supposed to be locked at all times hanging open and when I went back inside found the pool entrance door not latched. All and all I see a hotel in severe need of some updates as well as better cleaning and maintenance. The bed was comfortable.

Far not from the road so that noise was not an issue. Breakfast bar was on point. And the pool was in functioning order.
