Great location! Close to family and plenty of restaurants. The beds are very uncomfortable and the pillows are too soft. The maids come around maybe every 3 days and change the towels and clean up the bathroom. We have had to make our coffee and teas with the very same paper cups since the day of our arrival. There all stained and falling apart. Hopefully today we have new ones as the old ones wouldn’t hold water anymore. They have a small kitchenette but no coffee mugs just tall glasses. Anyways you’ll have to buy your own paper towels and soap if you want to clean anything since the maids don’t seem to come into the kitchen. The rooms weren’t very quiet either. You can hear doors closing and people hitting the walls and well you get it. Not very quiet place to get good sleep. I eventually had to bring my own cups from the lobby. They have plenty there. We ran out of toilet paper the night before we left also. I’m used to things being cleaned and refilled daily when I travel. The shower was a sad trickle of water. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. To many inconveniences. And not enough attention to details that make a visitor feel welcomed.

It was nice....Our front desk host Jacquae Goodwin, went beyond his duties. The pool was being treated, so we couldn't swim the first night. The next day Mr. Goodwin came to our room, to inform us we were able to use the pool now. Such a sweet and welcoming young man.

During my entire week's stay, the pool was green and full of bacteria and algae. Considering the pool was one of my main reasons for picking this hotel, i was extremely disappointed. The breakfast was lacking. How do you offer bagels but no butter nor cream cheese to put on it. Showers were lukewarm at best. I really wanted to give a better review, but I just can't. The best part of the hotel was the location. Very close to the fast food and stores.

Overall 5 stars. I’m currently STILL here. I’ve extended my stay 3 more nights from an original 5 night stay here.
So for a total of 8 nights at the time of writing this was valued around $600-$700.
Was it worth it? Yep every penny.
There are more high end best westerns out here in the city of Houston but this was the best priced one that wasn’t run down looking.
Value to price was about right.

Where to begin, we booked our stay here coming from out of state to prepare to move into our new home. As it was i expensive the hotel was not by any means what is displayed in photos. Room was dirty with musty/ moldy smell. Thrown off by this i examined the room for any signs of bugs not as thorough as i should have. Next morning waking up at about 5am i noticed what i thought to be a crumb on the bed. It was our worst nightmare a bed bug i rushed my family out of bed took any of belongings to the car and demanded a refund for what was supposed to be a 2 week stay became a one night stay. Staff denied any bed bugs being in the room after checking the room. Knowing what i seen and what i have seen in the past it was 100% bed bug not sure if it was concentrated incident or infestation we were not taking the chance! Stay at your own risk because this location is not what you will expected. 0 stars would be given if i could
