Stayed in this hotel and had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH a housekeeper a tall skinnier older Hispanic lady. Everytime I asked her about cleaning my room she would say it’s not my room. I asked her for towels and she told me I already put some granted it’s me my three kids and my husband total of 5 with only two towels ? Her ethic and they way she responds to clients who PAY to stay is out of this world. Horrible horrible. My husbands company has rented this hotel 3 months in advance since we are from out of town and we left to go pick up stuff from our house on a Sunday and asked the front desk if it could be serviced so by the time we came back it was clean. To our surprise that older lady had our room and the floor was not vacuumed the restroom was still dirty you could clearly tell it just the bed was made so my husband went to talk to the front desk lady (who is such a wonderful lovely lady!) I give her a 10/10 . Well she spoke to that housekeeper and I guess she felt offended that we complained. The next morning I woke up to go downstairs to get my kids breakfast and that housekeeper came yelling and demanding what was the problem with her work that why did I complain and get her in trouble and I told her the floor was not vacuumed and she said we’ll my vacuum doesn’t really work. How is that my fault as a client? She could have asked to barrow another one. The way she yelled at me and demanded and said she was a housekeeper and not my personal maid was WAY WAY OUT OF LINE!!! I am one to never complain and go with the flow but I don’t think I was asking for to much with the cleaning service goes into your payment of your stay at the hotel especially for long stays like the one we have to be in. But other than that housekeeper everyone else is Outstanding and nice they are very helpful especially the lady who works the front desk she is a true gem ! I am greatful that the front desk lady handled the situation and spoke to that housekeeper about how that was not okay but still that lady made this stay so unpleasant for me. As a client I try my best to keep our room clean and take our trash all the way down to the dumpster and keep tidy. I don’t understand how that lady thought it was okay to yell at a paying customer.

We always stay here when in Spring, Texas. Never been disappointed. Rooms are nice clean, comfortable. Free hot breakfast daily. But honestly the gentleman that works the front desk is absolutely amazing. Fast friendly, polite, smiles. We enjoy his professionalizment and his happy welcoming. He was working with a broken elbow and didn't even slow him down! Highly recommend this hotel right off the highway and across the road from a nice shopping center and Walmart, plenty of places to eat and a cooked crumble for after. All walking distance from them. Give it a try I bet you enjoy it as much as we always do.

Don't stay here unless it's necessary. Hallway smelled of Marijuana. AC/Heat didn't work properly. No bedspread, comforter or duvet on bed. Someone knocked on door and began to enter room as I was getting out of shower. It was 10:00 am and checkout was not until 11. This made me very uncomfortable as a solo traveler. Breakfast was minimal and not fresh. Entire hotel just needs to be upgraded and employees trained on hotel protocol. Luckily I was only in town for one night. Since I visit this area often, I'll look to other places.

Number one issue is the previous knowledge that these cars are broken into two times a month every month for the past six months by the local sheriffs office. Nobody explained or expressed and the property decided that they are too cheap and getting a security team to watch the car, so make sure that they’re safe Number two if you’d like to use the Internet For work or entertainment don’t plan on that not at this location because it does not work. The manager Grace, who is the GM will only apologize and tell you how sorry she is and I guess that’s the majority of her job. This is absolutely one of the probably worst place I have stayed in while traveling for work, I would recommend this place for the lack of security and the lack of Internet. If you get dropped off here and you like to only watch TV on the cable great place if you park your vehicle and you have anything worth the value be expecting to spend $250-$300 for a window replacement and to listen to the general manager tell you how sorry she is and that’s all other than that. I would definitely look somewhere else. Definitely wanna ask anywhere in Houston if they have night security to protect the vehicles.

Great location! Close to family and plenty of restaurants. The beds are very uncomfortable and the pillows are too soft. The maids come around maybe every 3 days and change the towels and clean up the bathroom. We have had to make our coffee and teas with the very same paper cups since the day of our arrival. There all stained and falling apart. Hopefully today we have new ones as the old ones wouldn’t hold water anymore. They have a small kitchenette but no coffee mugs just tall glasses. Anyways you’ll have to buy your own paper towels and soap if you want to clean anything since the maids don’t seem to come into the kitchen. The rooms weren’t very quiet either. You can hear doors closing and people hitting the walls and well you get it. Not very quiet place to get good sleep. I eventually had to bring my own cups from the lobby. They have plenty there. We ran out of toilet paper the night before we left also. I’m used to things being cleaned and refilled daily when I travel. The shower was a sad trickle of water. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. To many inconveniences. And not enough attention to details that make a visitor feel welcomed.
