The toilet in our room needed plunging upon arrival, the staff handed me a plunger with dry feces on it and told me that I could plunge it. Then every use following it continued to need plunging. The staff was no help. The water pressure was terrible, the gym equipment and pool area was dirty and unorganized. The cappuccino machine broke, they ran out of orange juice and towels, our room only got serviced one day out of three. The location is decent but that is it. I would not recommend this hotel.

Broken side door, the keypad to let you inside the building from the side Is broken leaving hotel guests to prop that door open, allowing anyone able to walk in from the side. Not at all safe.
Breakfast was horrible. Wasn't ready on time, or so we thought. It was just the barest selection you could find, ceral with no milk barely any options. The rooms have large ceilings and nothing inside so everything you say or do echos. This is the worst hotel I've ever been to...

Front desk staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating, especially Gigi. My room was very clean and comfortable, with one exception..the mattress was hard as a rock and as a result I didn't sleep at all. I have never had a hotel mattress like this before and I might as well have been sleeping on the floor. I understand that mattress firmness is a matter of personal preference, but I'm very surprised that you would put such an extremely firm mattress in your hotel verses a middle of the road one. There were quite a few negative reviews regarding the small bed pillows, but they were fine as I just put a couple of them together and it worked fine. I just can't wrap my head around what y'all were thinking regarding the horrible mattress..my back has not stopped hurting all day. Unfortunately, unless they changed mattresses I do not foresee myself able to return to this hotel in spite of the many positives.

This hotel is HORRIBLE! We stayed here a couple of months ago overnight. We were looking forward to a little TV and a small fridge to store our perishables. The TV was broken and the small refrigerator was warm. The water pressure was very low. We called the front desk and they sent someone to fix the TV. They could not get it to work. So we had no TV and no refrigerator. We were disappointed but thought, “Hey stuff happens.” BUT…
We decided to return to this hotel on this current trip. Very bad idea. Although we were in a different room, again, the TV didn’t work, the refrigerator was warm, and the water pressure was low. When we inquired about it, we were advised that the water pressure was low due to a water park behind it and it would cost more to fix the problem than the hotel was worth. Also, there was no way to close the curtains to keep the morning sun out while we were sleeping. We checked out in the morning and booked a room at another hotel for the remainder of our trip.
In summary, I would NEVER EVER return to this hotel and I would advise anyone thinking about staying here to “Run Forrest!”

I stayed for three nights and the hotel was pretty dirty.
There was mold(I think ?) in my coffee maker and the lobby was pretty dirty.
The beds were comfortable and the air conditioner worked but that’s really it.
Wasn’t worth the money tbh.
