Front desk staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating, especially Gigi. My room was very clean and comfortable, with one exception..the mattress was hard as a rock and as a result I didn't sleep at all. I have never had a hotel mattress like this before and I might as well have been sleeping on the floor. I understand that mattress firmness is a matter of personal preference, but I'm very surprised that you would put such an extremely firm mattress in your hotel verses a middle of the road one. There were quite a few negative reviews regarding the small bed pillows, but they were fine as I just put a couple of them together and it worked fine. I just can't wrap my head around what y'all were thinking regarding the horrible mattress..my back has not stopped hurting all day. Unfortunately, unless they changed mattresses I do not foresee myself able to return to this hotel in spite of the many positives.

Most of my stay has been fine. There are some struggles with breakfast, but the main reason I ended my stay early is that the three days I’ve stayed have had the fire alarm go off every morning between 4am and 5am. If you want to sleep past that, pick another hotel.

It was the second time we stayed in a best western hotel on our family drive from Milwaukee to Houston. It is clean hotel with the usual Best Western nice breakfast. The staff was friendly and welcoming and the hotel is clean. Good location on Louetta road with ample parking and a shopping mall just across.

Stayed at this hotel for a week. Staff is very friendly and professional. One staff member really went out of the way to assist me. My reservation for the week stay was somehow cancelled. Rachel was able to find me a room for that night and then provided me with my requested room the next day. She truly is a blessing to this hotel. Breakfast was good. Rooms very clean. Shopping, water Park and I-45 really close by. When I'm in Spring again this is were I'll stay.

Not only did this hotel fail to keep my car safe, but they also refused to refund me for the two nights I stayed before the theft occurred. The audacity! Avoid this place unless you enjoy being robbed twice – once of your belongings and once of your money.
