My Family's stay has been amazing, we have to travel to Houston at least 1 time a year for my daughters Specialist. The day shift clerk(wish I knew her name) has been absolutely phenomenal and accommodating to my families needs. The room we were booked in initially had the AC go out, she spared no time in getting us in to another room very quickly! The Mattresses are so0o0o comfortable! The rooms were both very clean! They accepted my whole family of 4 and my Daughters service dog with no questions asked. They have several food options near by, and of course the complimentary breakfast from. 6-9am to make our days start that much easier, Not to mention Starbucks right next door and a great mom and pop Tex-Mex restraunt on the other side! We all of course made great use of the Indoor pool and Hot Tub! We definitely found our home away from home when we have to travel here for my Daughters appointments! Thank you so much Best Western for your very high standards of service, we already always stay with you wherever we travel, but this location is definitely deserving of high marks in our book!

This visit was a nightmare! The concierge at the front desk was not very friendly or welcoming. He put us on the same floor as a group of people who were very loud at 11:30 pm when we arrived. There were several kids on that floor who were up all night crying, screaming and running around banging on things. While i understand the hotel can’t control who stays, they can control the noise level for a peaceful rest for their other guests. The room had broken tiles in the bathroom that you needed to have shoes on when going in there to avoid slicing your foot open. There was hair from a previous guest in the shower.
When i was checking out and wanted to speak to someone regarding our experience, i waited for 10 minutes. No one showed up. I wasn’t gonna wait at that point. This place clearly does not put customer needs and customer service as a priority. Would not recommend. The one thing that made this location ok was the Starbucks next door.

Elevator broke during our stay. Rooms were musty smelling. We stayed after all the linemen left from hurricane Beryl. You can tell wet smoky people had been in. We even asked to switched rooms. Same smell in second room. But the staff was as nice and helpful as can be. I think they need to concentrate cleaning after all those hardworkers stayed here for 2 weeks straight.

Nice and friendly staff. Clean hotel, lobby, hallways, room, even outside. Great hot breakfast, coffee, waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon, juice, cereal, yogurt, sweet bread. Location was great for my event.

I am absolutely appalled at the quality of this best western location located in Manvel Tx on hwy 6. The entire building is moist and has a dewy feel. The paint job inside is terrible, the smell that is echoing throughout this building is beyond words. It bleeds into the bedrooms. It is trapped in the curtains, linens, and walls. The kitchen is slippery due to the moisture in the air. The furniture is extremely dated, old and worn and carries the stitch of wild beast. The ceiling fans shake with out being on. There are holes everywhere that they didn’t try to fill or hide. Not sure if the patrol at the front desk (receptionist/manager) is having an off day, but I can assure you she should not represent the best western, she has a very nasty attitude and rude, she speaks to the adult guest as if she is scolding a child. That is highly unacceptable and should not be a standard of treatment at the best western. I am terribly disappointed at the shape and treatment at this location. I shall not return and I recommend however is interested find a different place. Best western management: please do not send the standard I’m sorry message with no results. This place is nasty and so is the management there. Please fix this!
