We stayed here twice while house hunting in the area and would definitely return. We were traveling from out of state to tour homes in nearby master-planned communities, and this hotel was the perfect home base for both visits. The rooms are clean and comfortable - everything you need for a short-term stay without unnecessary frills. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone from check-in to check-out was friendly and responsive, quickly addressing our questions and making us feel genuinely welcome. When you’re in the middle of a big move and dealing with the stress of house hunting, that kind of hospitality matters. We appreciated having a reliable, comfortable place to regroup at the end of long days.

Excellent customer service from the front desk and anyone we interacted with staff wise. The rooms are a little dated but we'll kept. Our coffee machine was not functioning so I took it to the front desk and they promptly gave me a working coffee machine. The indoor pool and hot tub were in immaculate condition. Parking was plentiful with ease of access to our room. No complaints on the breakfast, enjoy Texas shaped fresh made waffles. Scrambled eggs and sausage links and much more to choose from. Highly recommend for an economical staycation away from home for a couple days.

This was my third time to the area. I would have preferred my original AirBNB location in the old town part of downtown Alvin, but it wasn’t available. This unfortunately was the best next option. Definitely miles ahead of the AirBNB RV resort cabin down the road a few miles.

I got a creepy feeling upon entering this property when I noticed a musty odor in the lobby area. There were old A/C units in the hallway as I walked to the elevator. The refrigerator was missing one leg and yes there were live roaches hanging out just outside the unit. Inside the unit was a can of meat left by a previous guest (yuk!). To add insult to injury, the ice machine did not work and the sanitation code in their dining area was Grade B. I naturally opted to stay elsewhere and the desk clerk refused to provide me with a receipt showing my refund.

My family and I use to visit this hotel all the time. It's totally different when you walk in it smells like a nursing home. Also the room was not cleaned when we went up so we had to wait. However, the hot tub and pool area was a A+
