I stayed at this hotel for three weeks while waiting for home repairs. The front desk and maintenance staff were great, but housekeeping significantly affected my experience.
Housekeeping only fully cleaned my room during the first week, despite me placing the “clean room” sign on the door multiple times. Most days it was ignored, and on one occasion they only provided fresh towels.
I also felt uncomfortable due to housekeeping staff watching, laughing, and speaking about me openly. During breakfast, one staff member followed me closely while I got food, which made me feel unwelcome.
In my final week, I switched rooms and found the bathtub was not properly cleaned, even after requesting housekeeping.
Because of the uncomfortable treatment and lack of proper cleaning, I would not stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel from September 10th to 12th, and we were so positive impressed. It's one of the best hotels! Thanks to Flo and her assistant (I remember her name is Romen, but Im not sure). They were so kind and helpful with our booking. The hotel is very clean, stylish, and beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend it!

Place was so well kept and amazing! Mia was fantastic when I arrived, got me and my party into rooms on the 4th floor quickly and with no issue. Breakfast was better than most free options in hotels I've stayed at, and the water pressure.....holy hell that was fantastic!

I would never be back BECAUSE OF FLO the general manager. I loved the hotel but upon checking out, I was told to WASH my face towel that had 1 Spot of Blue eyeshadow or forfeit some of my deposit. The reservation contract lists stained but does not clarify if makeup is on that list, since it WASHES OUT. Like what?? I've never been to an hotel and told that I need to WASH my own towels before I leave. What was a good 8 across the board has now left my review to 1 star. Perfect location, good rooms but ignorant customer service and treatment does not make this a good hotel. Employees were awesome, but the treatment by GM who didn't care..... never again. And I want my refund of the "stain".

This is absolutely one of the top Best Westerns and hotels I've ever stayed at. From the general manager down to the breakfast staff, the customer service is friendly. My room was beautiful, very clean, and an extremely comfortable bed. From a safety standpoint and convenience to restaurants, IH 10, etc, this location is great. My only negative would be the small pillows on the bed. Would be a little more comfortable if they had full size pillows. But for the value and all the other positives, this is a small thing. I'll definitely stay here for the next SABC Tournament.
