Hotel looked good. Breakfast was good. Only real complaint is I left an expensive toothbrush by accident and called to ask about it and was told all hygiene products get thrown away immediately which is understandable other then the fact you can tell the toothbrush is not cheap. As well as tried to plug my PlayStation into the tv and the tv didn’t recognize it.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. My 21-year-old daughter was denied service, yet the receptionist was unable to provide any written policy or explanation regarding an age limitation. When we asked for clarification, she could not show any documentation supporting the rule.
When we requested to speak with a manager to better understand the policy, the receptionist refused to get a manager and would not provide her name. The lack of transparency and professionalism was very frustrating.
If there are age restrictions for services, they should be clearly communicated and supported by a clear policy. Customers deserve respectful communication and the ability to speak with management when concerns arise. I hope the business improves how situations like this are handled in the future.

The staff is terrible. The manager is a tyrant that think she owns the hotel. Extremely unprofessional she walks around in a night gown monitoring all the amenities. Not a hotel if you have kids with you. One of the worst breakfast options I’ve had at a hotel. The free coffee was the only option I recommend.

Had a horrible experience; the receptionist Fatema (we had to ask another guest for her name) refused to answer questions regarding the stay and overtalked us the already paying customer. She gave us the wrong contact card for a manager, and told us "I gave you all a card so read it". After belittling us, we asked her to give us her name but she refused, and told us to shut up so she could talk, when we hadn't raised our voices or disrespected her in any form. However, she threatened us and told us she didn't know when "the manager would come back". At this point, we did not want to make a scene and we felt very uncomfortable with the situation that reflected profiling since we were also denied our service, causing us to leave. Will never be coming to such an establishment with such poor customer service.

Our room was dingy and musty. Not sure if all of the rooms were like that or if we got a bad one. We asked to be moved but they said the hotel was full. The breakfast wasn't really appealing to me either. The staff was very friendly and helpful and though.
