Old hotel that needs renovations. Beds are not comfortable. Pillows are square. I didn’t ask for service in the 4 days of our stay and they gave me a hard time when getting clean towels. I would place our used towels outside the door as well as the garbage for pickup. I have done this since covid. I didn’t just throw the towels in the middle of the hallway as the manager is suggesting in her comment back. She clearly doesn’t want feedback that may help her get more business. The tv is old. The room is dingy. The ac didn’t work well. I had to keep flipping a switch under the wall unit. And sketchy people walking around the parking lot. Do not recommend. Edit to add: I called and left a message for her. We will see if she responds.

I love this hotel. I’ve stayed here on two occasions in the past month.
The hotel is clean and elegant.
The housekeeping staff work extremely hard throughout the day to keep the hotel presentable and functioning.
The breakfast is delicious and well cooked.
I really appreciate the staff efforts and pride in their work!

I stayed 5 nights at this hotel y overall it was an excellent stay, I have zero complains or negative comments. Our check in was nice, quick and clear instructions. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. Only the pillows are weird... they are more like couch cushions, but I didn't find them uncomfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very good, it included eggs (served in different presentations each day), sausage, variety of cereal, hot cakes, bread (toast, muffins), yogurt, fruit (apples and bananas) and drinks (water, coffee, milk, juice). I liked that there was a very friendly staff member making sure that the space was clean and refilling what was needed. I would suggest to add bacon and hash brown potatoes to make the breakfast even better. We didn't use the pool, but it look nice. My husband used the gym once and it was ok for a little exercise. Parking lot was always available. I would definitely star here again.

Its actually much better than a 2, but not really 4. Best of the bunch considering the nearby mid or lower tier alternates. Furnishings are solid, good quality, but from an older decor/design sense.
P.S. You are confused. Didn't have any issues, did decide to checkout some other nearby hotels. No one "asked me to leave". I found the nearby Hyatt to be the best of the bunch.

Hotel was gross to me…lamp shades were dirty, thermostat on wall did not work so had to use thermostat on actual ac unit, tv remote was gross, room chair was extremely gross…when you look in the crevices of the chair it was packed with dirt, food, dust, ect. The hotel service was trash…when I asked for extra towels or the Wi-Fi the concierge gave me attitude…normally when I stay in hotels, I can ask for as many towels as I need and replace them whenever. This “hotel” requires you to give them the towels you’ve used in order to get fresh towels…and you’re only allotted towels for how many people to a bed. It was 5 of us in a room and we could only have 4 wash cloths and 4 towels. My husband had to keep going downstairs to exchange the towels….The walls are so thin that the neighbors across the hall were arguing so loud it woke us up out of our sleep and the concierge had to come and do a wellness check. Oh and if you want to go to the workout room, you have to go to the front desk to ask for the dumbbells and they need your room number to do so….renting out dumbbells? What the heck…. It was all just ghetto….
