The transmission on my KW went on me, I spent a few days here while it was being repaired.
The staff here was very helpful and kind.
My KW was repaired sooner than expected, with management permission first, they allowed me to bobtail and park at the back of the property.
I know next time I'm in the area and need a place to stay. This will be my go-to!

BE CARFULL when u make reservation if you are renting for same day don’t do it they will no give u refund back. They steal your money on your face , they want to charge me $80 more for my he same day the online don’t give me the option I try to go for the desk and they said you need to pay $80 more .
SCAM online !! if you don’t read be careful i know when you are tired try to make reservation but u need to read before you use this place .

I hate to say but this place is a false advertisement they don’t have breakfast at all. I paid for 2 nights and only stayed one they will not give me a refund back for the night I was not here due to my fema room still being active. Now the general manager is no where to be found and they don’t want to refund me what can I do I have 2 kids I don’t have money to be losing.

I went through a third party company to get a room for a few nights and was denied service, this hotel is not where you want to be. The "General manager" has been dodging and not returning calls, I and the third party company have been leaving messages, since Thursday May 23 2024. We haven't received a call back yet for a refund. This place steals money and give faulty service. If I could give NO STARS I would.

Most disgusting place there were bugs and blood stained mattresses ,stained linens and towels and they over charge ,breakfast is just muffins coffee orange juice and apple juice . And they want to charge you for everything for nothing. Worst 1st hotel experience in Northeast houston its so bad ,they have so many bad reviews they removed the option of customers posting pictures I have the pictures of the stained linens and mattress
