Booked to stay at this hotel on June 30th- July 1st but had intentions on staying longer. I am a truck driver and was awaiting maintenance on my semi to be completed. Upon arrival which was hours after I had booked hotel, I check in, told front desk I had a reservation and they told me they didnt receive it. Now I'm no rocket scientist but when you book anything online, it goes straight to wherever you are booking it for. I showed them confirmation numbers etc and I was still denied to stay. Then I was told about a $100 deposit that I found out from others who were current guests and past guests was incorrect. There is no deposit charge. To lie to my face & give this treatment was highly unacceptable and discrimatory towards me. I have NEVER stayed at the property so it definitely put a bad taste in my mouth on future bookings with this hotel chain. I didnt understand even after im showing everything, they are laughing and talking about it amongst each other and even when I asked why am I being denied to stay they first stated they were booked up then proceeded to say if I stayed, I would have to pay extra to do so. It isn't right to take advantage of anyone just because you think you can let alone maliciously charge extra fees by picking and choosing what individual you do this towards. Being a truck driver, this location was convenient because of where my semi truck was not for any other reason. This was strictly a business stay but I will never book here again. Too much going on in the world to still be treated as if the color of my skin or my profession as a truck driver is a problem when I work too hard and at times twice as hard to take care of myself and my daughters legally. So I dont know why they chose to delete my reservation, deny my stay and try to over charge me but I wont ever look to book in the future. If others go, to each its own but I wont look their way even if it would be a last resort, I will sleep at a shelter before booking at this location ever.

Staff are courteous and stay on top of room cleanliness. Check-in only took a couple minutes. Linen exchange was a cinch, as was requesting extra hygiene supplies. Rooms are spacious. Lots of available parking.
Only things I'd change: extend the Wifi range and add more options to the continental breakfast.
Solid spot to stay overall.

If you are on a budget and have no other choice, I would recommend this place. Service was kind and friendly.
Even though they have a sign that says they don't accept any type of pets, they let my ESA dogs stay. That was amazing!
I only stayed for 1 night so I didn't mind the dirty refrigerator or the stained towels, because I just decided not to use it. Anything else in the room was okay, you basically get what you pay for. Overall, it was a good experience.

Do yourself a favor and find a cleaner motel to stay at, don’t waste your time or $ here unless you like sleeping with roaches! 🪳
The first room I checked into I immediately found dead roaches on the floor of the bathroom and stains on the bed. I let the front desk clerk know who then took pictures of the bugs for their records. He then tried to convince me to stay in the same room since it was “only small bugs” 🤦🏾♂️ but after I refused he moved me to the room next door which was just as filthy. After about an hour in that room, I found a larger roach crawling on the floor by the bed! After letting them know I couldn’t stay there and needed a refund, they referred me to the manager and gave me his card. I called multiple times with no response when finally one of his staff called me back a week later and claimed they had an unnamed bug company “investigate” my room and said the room was clear, so they denied my refund with no further explanation (they must’ve forgotten the front desk clerk took pictures of the bugs himself right in front of me, so they know they have a bug problem).
Disappointed and annoyed, disputed charge with bank and made complaint with Sonesta. Save yourself the trouble and find a better hotel elsewhere!

I was in town for a funeral. I wanted to be close to family so I chose this location as it was ideal in proximity to locations for the weekend. I'll never sacrifice comfort again.
I wouldn't recommend for any type of vacation.
I did not enjoy my stay at all. The staff was friendly and that was the only good thing.
Everything was dirty. Everything, I regret not taking more pics. The front door was filthy, the light switches were dirty, the pillows, refrigerator had beverage stains on the shelves, the toilet was dirty, the shower had hair in it and the bath towels were all dirty except one and one wash rag. Since the towels and pillows were dirty, I just felt dirty being there. I arrived late in the evening, and it was a long trip. Those were my excuses. I still shoulda just never checked in, and went to a better spot. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. This is an outdoor hotel, so the doors are all outside and the parking lot is right there. It can get loud. There was some noise all night long coming from behind the building. IDK if it was because of the rain but it seemed like a bucket was rattling around or pipes were rattling around, I don't know, maybe it was rats. I just know on top of the thunderstorm l, that was hella loud. So when the satellite TV loses signal, your personal electronics and that rattling noise is all you got. While the room seems recently remodeled, everything was still dirty.
If you need a quick, emergency spot to stay, it's dry and all the basics. If you are used to and want/expect luxury on any level (a bottle of hand soap mounted on the wall vs. the smallest bar of possible, then I would avoid. I'll likely never patron this franchise ever again.
