I've had a good experience with this company, particularly the tech Hamzah. He has been very helpful in troubleshooting and repairing a few issues on our new home. He doesn't charge left and right for service visits or troubleshooting secondary issues. On more complex problems he typically gives a few options some low, some high cost with his professional opinion on each. All work has been done in a timely manner!

They showed up on a Saturday within 2 hours of my call (earlier than their predicted arrival time). They had a professional van with their logo on it as well as a t-shirt with their logo. Carlos was very professional, and found the problem and fixed it within half an hour. I will definitely use them again if needed. Thanks Carlos!

Hamzeh does a great job! Efficient, helpful and always responds very quickly. We have used Al Rooter for a pipe break, repiping the entire house, sink connections and disconnections, faucet and disposal installation, AND bathtub and toilet replacements. They are great!
