The desk clerk was very nice and kept working to check us in, in spite of the computer being locked up. She had to restart the system to get it working again and never lost her cool. I was impressed with the attitude of all the staff; they seemed to take pride in doing their work and were polite to all I witnessed. The breakfast area was well kept and inviting. Would suggest providing cocoa mixes or apple cider mixes as an alternative to coffee this time of year.

Best hotel in Sugar Land area. Great friendly staff and amazing service throughout our stay every time we go to play cricket tournaments over the years. Breakfast service is awesome with great healthy choices and hot breakfast. Beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious and very clean. Amazing pool to unwind. Great hotel for families. Lots of good restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Very highly recommended if you are in Sugar Land/Houston area.

DO NOT BOOK HERE!! Tv in room did not work. Due to holidays they did not have maintenance, housekeeping, and did not provide breakfast as stated on their website. No manager available, nor reached out after checking out to come up with a solution. Checked out a day early and moved to the hotel next door. Was informed sometimes TV on 6th floor does not work and no one showed up to work so unable to switch my rooms due to other rooms either occupied or dirty! Should have read reviews before booking. Multiple complaints on TVs not working. Obviously they don’t take consumer complaints seriously, therefore they don’t deserve our business.

Having a bad experience with this hotel. They are unable and seems to not be interested in addressing missing items in the room that we're included in the high price for the room. We don't even have access to the TV and the staff has not done anything to address this. But they fully expect high payment for the room without all the services. I have stayed here before but will probably look for other options in the future.

Do not stay here. We stayed here in August 2024 for one night due to an extended overlay. The two major issues that lead me to write this review:
- we prepaid the hotel via booking (which was confirmed by the hotel during our check-in). We were asked to swipe a credit card for eventual purchases and accountability for damage and theft. On the day of check-out our credit card was charged with an additional $120+. They charged us for two different “room upgrades” that neither happened nor were they mentioned to or confirmed by us. Additionally they charged us $40 instead of $18 worth of drinks. The phone call to resolve the issue was tedious and unapologetic but the person eventually agreed to refund the money.
- our room was double booked and another guest walked into our room at 11pm, when we were in bed already. When I immediately called the front desk, they quickly resolved the issue. The next day during a phone call, we got mocked and laughed at for being scared.
- the rooms aren’t very clean and the breakfast is.. okay.
- the pro: a few of the staff (shuttle, front desk, cleaning) were friendly and helpful.
