My husband and I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Hampton Inn! We have stayed numerous times and it never lets us down. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Ms. Shannon and Jason truly go above and beyond to make sure every guest is comfortable and well taken care of. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail are unmatched, and they genuinely make this hotel stand out from the rest.
The hotel itself is exceptionally clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the entire property is very well maintained. One thing that really stood out to me was how safe and clean the hotel grounds are — you can tell the staff takes great pride in creating a secure and pleasant environment for guests.
If you’re looking for outstanding customer service, a spotless hotel, and a relaxing stay, I highly recommend this Hampton Inn. I will definitely be returning!

I had a great stay and would definitely come back. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax and feel comfortable right away. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed.
The property itself felt safe and secure, which is always a big plus when traveling. I also appreciated the decent gym and the indoor pool—both were well-kept and a nice bonus during my stay. The free breakfast was convenient and had a good variety to start the day off right.
Location-wise, it doesn’t get much better. It’s close to downtown with easy access to plenty of restaurants and things to do. If you’re traveling with a pet, this is a great option—the hotel is very accommodating and pet-friendly.
Overall, a comfortable, convenient, and reliable place to stay. I’d definitely recommend it!

The website says it’s newly remodeled, but it’s mostly refreshed. The AC kept the room feeling damp. The bed is decent, the pillows are terrible. Bring your own! Friendly staff, small indoor pool, typical breakfast offering for Hampton Inn. No drawers in room. Not a big issued but we stayed 5 nights so it would have been nice to unpack a little. Access to the hotel is via a parking lot full of potholes shared with a restaurant that is always busy with cars parked in the path of the hotel gate.

The room was clean and the front desk staff were professional. My room faced the highway and due to the extremely thin nature of the window glass I couldn’t rest. The traffic noise was intense and happened at all hours. I checked more than once to see if the window was open because of the intensity of the sound. If you are averse to highway noise then ask for a room on the opposite side of the hotel. I didn’t know any better so I got stuck with a loud room which really hurt my overall experience. My room was also very humid and made my clothes smell damp but I suspect that’s not an issue that can be easily solved given the climate.

I want Hilton to know their prized company assets are heavily guarded by a very diligent gatekeeper of toilets.
I was visiting a resident and waiting downstairs when I asked the front desk for the restroom code. I was told my friend would need to come down and provide access, which I understand may be policy. However, the way this was handled was unnecessarily dismissive. The employee smirked while refusing, which made the interaction feel less about policy and more about a power trip.
If restroom access is restricted, that’s fine, but basic courtesy and professionalism shouldn’t be optional.
