The front desk receptionist costumer service was exceptional! I cant remember her name but, she had red braids as her hairstyle. Honestly she made my night, she was very respectful and nice. Her communication skills were great, she also had a smile on her face our whole conversation. Although, the check in was great when i got to my room the aroma in the air smelt like a stale smell or cigarettes. Also we were only given 2 towels and it was 3 of us and a child then, when we asked for extra we were told to wait because they were low on towels so we only had to wait for 5 to 10 minutes. Lastly, the breakfast was not hot and it opened late. I'd rate our stay an 8/10. I would only recommend this hotel because of the beds were to my liking and the young lady at the front desk. I wonder what her name was, the service was outstanding she was very friendly and helpful.

TAKE MY ADVICE AND THANK ME LATER.
THE PROPERTY MANAGER DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY OR CONCERNS.
I WAS ALSO TOLD THAT THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT HAPPENS IN THE PARKING LOT OR YOUR ROOM APPARENTLY.
We had a door that connected to a different room and was occupied by other guests. Guests that kept messing with the door trying to open it. It was my 5 year old and myself which made me extremely uncomfortable. I went outside to get something from my truck and there were people sitting against and talking to other people which happened to be the people staying in the next room. They were disrespectful about sitting there even though I didn’t say anything. My mirror was pushed in and there are scratches on the truck where they were. I was told through Best Western after I opened a ticket with them since we went ahead and left due to the fact that I didn’t feel safe there, that it is not their problem and I would receive no refund. Absolutely appalling response and I’m still in disbelief!

Very nice and clean, quiet, and the location was great because it’s just off the highway, we will be back. Reason for 4 stars was they didn’t have enough linens to get extra, pillows or small like half the size of a standard pillow, overall it was very comfortable

Upon walking into our room we automatically hear the fire alarm beeping from a dead battery. Go to call the front desk. No cord on the phone so it couldn’t be used. Go to the front desk and she advises us that house keeping is already gone and they are the only ones who can fix it. I say to her okay we need a new room then. She literally laughed and rolled her eyes and said not for a fire alarm. I advised her that we were not listening to that all night. She said she would just come and take it off. That she did. Didn’t replace it with another one, just took it off. So we are in a room with no fire alarm and no phone. Sure hope there isn’t an emergency tonight!!!!! The bathroom has no water pressure the toilet has trouble flushing. It smells of mold. Absolutely would not stay again!

The toilet in our room needed plunging upon arrival, the staff handed me a plunger with dry feces on it and told me that I could plunge it. Then every use following it continued to need plunging. The staff was no help. The water pressure was terrible, the gym equipment and pool area was dirty and unorganized. The cappuccino machine broke, they ran out of orange juice and towels, our room only got serviced one day out of three. The location is decent but that is it. I would not recommend this hotel.
