Booked through Hotwire.com. It's a hotel, that's about it. The rooms are decent, they have smart TVs and are well soundproofed. They do not serve breakfast here, which is a bummer, since I've stayed at fancier hotels with free continental breakfast. They charge $3.50 a day for parking, but the hotel has no security, and the fee was not listed anywhere on hotwire. Marriott says they are pet friendly but they charge a $50 non-refundable pet fee plus $5 pet fee per night, on top of a $80 room deposit. All which wasn't listed anywhere again. Its an okay hotel, but I would have stayed somewhere else if I knew about the hidden fees.

I had the pleasure of staying here during the Memorial Day Weekend. I came into town from San Diego. The staff is absolutely amazing and so friendly! My whole experience was fantastic! I will stay the next time I’m in town for sure! Everything is very clean and they have a great tasting food too in their lounge.

I stay here quite often. This has come to be my favorite hotel. The staff is always nice. The rooms are always clean. I love the bathrooms, especially the shower. It’s very quiet and close to restaurants on the Katy Freeway.

This hotel is kinda in a rough corner of katy tx, but it's whatever since I got the room for free with my points.. but the room smelled REALLY bad. I had a candle with me so I used that to help, but when I came back to the room later that night there was also a roach on my door too. The sink in the bathroom would also take a really long time to drain. Just isn't a good hotel. The only courtyard I've been to that was nasty.

Usually the courtyard stays are pretty good but this one unfortunately did not turn out well. I had hot water coming out from both sink taps and shower, making it pretty much impossible for use.
The reception person grudgingly tried to move me into another room but the same issue. I would have still let his one go, if there was a hint of apologetic behavior from the hotel administration the next morning in response to my complaint.
They were completely defensive and refusing to acknowledge any issue and re-characterizing the problem to city \ across the area and so on... Never in this location again
