I have stayed her over 20+ times. The staff is always friendly: Jeff, Mr. Charles is always smiling and supportive of any concerns that you may encounter.
My favorite place to eat in the area is their bistro lol Mr. Melvin makes the best wings and salad of your choice.
My rooms are always cleaned and there’s no issue when you need extra towels.
I would give 5 additional stars and looking forward to my next stay!

The hotel is well located and the rooms provide good space, they generally conditions could be improved.
The worse part of this hotel and this is why I’ll never stay there again is the assistant general manager, that lady, Miss Mariquita, has zero customer service skills and on the contrary was extremely rude! I have never been so missy-retreated in the 2 decades I’ve been staying in Marriott hotels worldwide, it is a real shame…

While my overall experience wasn't dreadful, there were several issues that really disappointed me. The room is humid and noticeably outdated for the price, and the pillows are too thin to offer any genuine comfort. Additionally, the ceiling shows noticeable signs of water damage, and the shower head is clearly in need of replacement. With a stronger focus on maintenance and updates, the overall guest experience could be significantly improved.

Such a great experience at this hotel! I was there from 1/13-1/15 (2025). I checked in @ 5:30pm on the 13th and checked out @ 9am on the 15th. The lobby and my room were awesome and everything was very clean. The entire staff that I dealt with (the ladies and the gentlemen at the check in/check out and restaurant/bar) were absolutely fabulous. They really made my stay such a pleasant one. I would definitely visit again!

We stayed here over Christmas. We realized that staff may be short, etc., because of the holiday, but even with this in mind, we were disappointed. The lady that checked us in was quite unfriendly, never smiled, and never welcomed us. After we returned on Christmas Eve, our room had not been made up. I called the front desk and was told that I would have had to ask for it to be cleaned. We were never told this. I said we'd need clean towels (their towels were a bit wimpy), and she barked that we'd have to come down and get them. I did, and again, no smile, no happy to help, nothing. We're also not sure, but we think there was a pubic hair in our bed when we arrived. Made us wonder about the overall cleanliness. Needless to say, we won't stay here again.
