My family and I did an express trip to Houston. We were excited to quickly find a place that had a reasonable price that included breakfast. That excitement quickly faded due to 1. Cleanliness & Services 3. Rudeness. 1. The rooms are infested with cockroaches, they are everywhere, they come out of the tv stand, the bathroom, everywhere. The trip was unexpected and we could not afford to book another hotel, so we stayed. 2. The next morning we went out and upon our return, someone had entered our room to clean. Although we were thankful, I did not appreciate that the service was not requested by us and the fact that someone went in our room without our authorization is a violation of privacy. 3. When checking out the next day, the lady in the front office was extremely rude! She was first arguing with another lady and charging her additional fees. I am unsure if that already put her on a bad mood, but that has nothing to do with me. When it was my turn, I placed the hotel card on the desk and told her I was checking out. She then mumbled something I did not understand, so I asked her to please repeat to which she said "just put the card and leave". I was in complete shock! All I replied was, "you are so rude!" The services were nasty & invasive, and to top it off the front desk female was incredibly rude. Book somewhere else, even if you are in a hurry, go to a clean, safe and polite place.

I booked a room for one night here. The staff was very kind and friendly. I checked in and the room I was checked in to wasn't ready at all, not a problem. I went back to the front desk and got switched to another room. I got into that room and the rooms are very updated and newer looking. My problem is that they need to do better with cleaning and sanitizing them. The towels had hair in them, the floor still had hair on it. Looked like it wasn't swept thoroughly, the bedspread looked like it hasn't been washed. Just put back on the bed from the last guest. Overall, I probably wouldn't stay here again because it's just not for me. Not in a bad area or anything but I got what I paid for.

I checked in yesterday, floor was not swept yucky. Breakfast don’t bother. Left early to U of H. Came back k exhausted was looking forwards to a clean room. Nope. No fresh towels but they took the bath mat, trash still in basket, bed not made. I went to front desk and attendant replied after I was trying to g to figure out what happened, her reply was we knocked on door no one answered is why room was dirty. So I asked why did you take the bath mat or how did. Again, do t know and was told that I needed to talk to housekeeping. I told attendant no mama that not my responsibility and left. Attendant came to my room bagging on the door. I didn’t answer them the phone rang off the hook. Never ever stay here best to sleep in your vehicle. Don’t believe any rating over 1 star it’s gross here.

We stayed here for an Astros game over the weekend room was great clean no complaints! Breakfast was not good … cold sausage and eggs. Great location for a Astros game only 12 mins away from Daikin park ! Would recommend and budget friendly

The room was clean and well organized, the beds were comfortable, and the room was very spacious. I was a little hesitant at first because of some of the reviews, but I found this hotel to be better than some of the places I’ve stayed at in Houston.
