Let me start with check-in. The staff was so nice and so amazing. There were no luggage carts when we checked in and had tons of Christmas presents to bring inside from our vehicle. There was a nice young man outside. John a cook in the kitchen was off duty and he went inside after we were waiting a while to see if he could find us a cart. He then spoke with the front desk, person I wish (I had his name) on duty, a very, very nice gentleman, and he went up to one of the floors to find us a luggage cart. There was a confusion with breakfast. I thought it was included in the room rate however it was not, but I saw the manager or owner Morning and he introduced himself and offered us two free days of breakfast so that was great. I can’t speak highly enough about the staff. Everyone we have encountered is so nice and so friendly and you just can’t teach that. Our room is clean and the air conditioner works amazing keeps everything nice and cold even though it’s December, we prefer it cold. However, I do feel for they should have cable channels, or some streaming type apps.

Nicest people work here. Hotel impressive upon entering. Warm welcome and beautifully decorated. Easy check-in. Loved the have a bar & restaurant. The rooms were very nice. We've stayed here twice and only complaint is second time we were on second floor and it was noisy. Definitely making this our go to hotel. Also a shout to front desk worker Moses. So nice!

Such a great hotel. For one we have never been to such a beautiful holiday Inn hotel! It smelled great, great temperature in the building. It was so hot like some of the other holiday inns. It had a bar, dinning, Diamond member breakfast, and more. The only complaint i have is in the rooms the bathroom a just a tad but small but other than that it's amazing!

We enjoyed the stay. Kids loved the indoor pool. The staff was extremely friendly!
The bed skirt I could see the safety pins, so it needs updating. Plus no smart TV. But other than that it was good

This hotel always smells so nice and clean. The rooms are clean as well. I was pleasantly surprised to see the cleaning staff always on point and being diligent in their housekeeping duties. The front desk folks were amazing too! MADISON made me feel welcomed and was very helpful during my stay. There were several others that I encountered at the front desk and they were all very pleasant. They greet you when you walk in and out, and that acknowledgment made me feel comfortable and safe. It was as if they knew who was coming in and out of the hotel. A positive experience all around!
