This is our 2nd time staying here. Love it! The rooms are large, beds are comfortable and the staff is super friendly. Their breakfast is fantastic, make your own waffles, fruit, yogurt, and cereal on the weekdays, weekends have a full hot breakfast setup, top notch! Will stay here again with out a doubt.

The good: the accessible room is spacious and the shower is perfect. Chair provided and shower head that is adjustable vertically and it detaches as well.
The not so good: the elevator wasn’t working at check in, but they changed our rooms to the first floor. There was someone working on what appeared to be an electrical panel, but he did not look like a licensed electrician. :/ There is a water issue, so the water pressure in the sink is loooow and there is no working washing machine for guests.
Overall, it’s mid at best.

I come here pretty often, and Nabina is always great. Super friendly, helpful, and just easy to talk to.
She actually listens to requests and makes sure everything’s taken care of, which I really appreciate. The rooms are clean and bug-free too. She never disappoints and is definitely one of the reasons I keep coming back.
They’re lucky to have her on their team. Exceptional customer service every time.

Had a wonderful experience while we’re on Houston. Place and service, both were exceptionally good, especially for the amount paid. Ms. Nabina, such a sweet girl, really helped with all the things and made sure we have a wonderful stay. Love it!! I definitely recommend this place for everyone coming to Houston for any purpose.

We went to visit my son at this locations, we are from out of town and I had my elderly mother with me and she needed to use the restroom so I told her to go use the lobby restroom while we waited on my son to get here. I didn’t have a code to use it and when I tried to get it from the front desk she was rude and was too busy talking to someone else that was just standing there. There is no excuse for this behavior.
