I stayed here about a year ago and the rooms are always clean.
A year later which is now, the rooms are still very clean, the staff is welcoming and caring.
I truly recommend staying here!
This establishment really takes the time to clean their rooms.
I was in the area on business.I stayed here for about a week. I checked out to go to a business meeting downtown.
I returned and was given the same room.
When I walked into the room it was completely different.
Of course it was clean but it was immaculately clean.
I was trying to figure out how they had the time to clean it so well as I was only gone for a few hours.
Thank you Palace Inn. When I am in the area, I will be back!🥰🥰🥰

Stayed here for two weeks and all I have to say is the service is top-notch. All of the representatives at the desk front desk are amazing. They have gone above and beyond. Make sure they must stay was comfortable. I love this hotel and I stay in hotels every single week 365 days a year. This is the place to stay when you're in spring. Texas absolutely or even Houston is worth a drive just to come here to stay.

Nice place for a quick one or two night spot to stay at. Price decent. Quiet, clean, room furniture looks new or recently renovated. Suggestions: fix gap under front door, need paint touch up damage walls and baseboards, need extra roll of toilet paper, need box of tissue. Overall would come again.

Updating my rating the first time I stayed here it was nice and quiet and the room was nice the second time not so much 6 out 10 days I have spent requesting a room change from the office because of how noisy whomever the person is living above me is. They literally have been blasting their music every night. Each time I keep getting excuses or being told someone would notify a manager when all of the windows are open on most of the rooms are empty so I should not have this much complications changing rooms.

Sub-par room. All sheet have cigarette burns. Breakfast featured is a bowl of fruit loops and the juice machine beeps for 24 hours because it needs water. The staff isn’t bad or the room but the rates are expensive and seem to be depending on how they feel. Wouldn’t recommend
