My family & I are all pleasantly pleased with this hotel.
It’s very clean from the lobby to the room itself!
The staff are very welcoming as well.
Maria, who works at the breakfast was very kind, friendly & very helpful!
Overall, we had a good experience & the hotel is very inviting.
Glad we came across this hotel & we would highly recommend this hotel!

Very nice and friendly staff at counter during check in and check out.
Clean rooms, building and grounds.
Room was nice and spacious. The only drawback was the fact that the lighting was a little dim to me.
The complimentary breakfast was very nice with ample choices of both food and drinks. The lady attending the dining area was nice and kept everything clean and well stocked. It was one of the best breakfasts I've seen in a long time. The pool was a little small but nice and clean.
Overall I had a wonderful experience.
There were also some stores and restaurants close by.

Need rooms for out of town relatives picked this place and had no regrets. Family loved the hotel. I loved the price booking early saved me 20 plus dollars a night. Great deal. Plus the staff has been very friendly and helpful. Family said the free breakfast is great.

One of the best and cleanest hotels that I’ve stayed at. It’s right off the freeway 225 in Pasadena TX. The hotel less than a mile away from places like gas stations, Jack in the. Box, Mc Donald’s, there even a bar near by. The service and all the staff are always kind and friendly. Special shout-out to Maria, who always has the complimentary breakfast are clean, and stocked up every morning. Great way to start your day.

Liked the hotel, staff less than friendly, at least to TSA recipients, but I get it. I booked a room solo with my TSA and stayed there for almost a month.
What really soured my experience was when I had to check out today by 11am, I head over from where I’m at to grab the last of a few personal items few minutes before checkout and all my stuff is gone.
None of the staff know where my items are when I politely inquire. It’s immediately denied anything was removed before even checking. The manager is called and I’m told nothing is ever removed from rooms, I’m calling them thieves and he’s going to pull the cameras.
I tell them to please do so they can show the cops when they get there after I call for a police report. Last time I was in my room was Thursday or Friday and I never left with my personal items, there’s only one key and I’m always here alone.
The manger basically told me they aren’t my servants and I should be grateful to have a gotten a free room. Once angry at what was said I was policed and lectured about my tone and language.
They finally call a housekeeping staff who says she has a bag of stuff in the back that might be mine. When she brings it, it’s all my items. I ask why my things were removed if you just said y’all never remove items and I was basically just called a liar. They said, “we don’t know.”
A very unpleasant experience. That could’ve been handled more appropriately from the beginning by all the workers involved.
