Would give 0 stars if I could. My reservation was canceled 5 days before check in due to “over booking”. Employee stated every once in a while the website will do that. When asked how they determine who gets canceled the employee I spoke with said they couldn’t tell when the reservation was made and were just told by management to start canceling. A friend booked for the same weekend MONTHS ago and was canceled as well. There is a big event in town that weekend and it makes me wonder if they canceled to raise their rates. 🤷🏻♀️

The customer service people were friendly and nice. The hotel is good compared to the price. I enjoyed staying here. The bathroom tub is slippery so be careful. They have breakfast, there is a fridge and microwave in the room. There is a swimming pool and the location is just perfect for the program I came for. I spent 3 days here, on my last day I noticed that the toilet brings out rusty or light brown water when you flush it and I don't know why. At first, I thought someone used the toilet and didn't flush it until I flushed it twice. I really can't complain about this hotel because it's so affordable compared to hotels here in Los Angeles where I live.

The only reason I gave 1 star was because there wasn’t an option for zero! This place was incredibly dirty with hair in the obviously dirty bathtub, roaches dead and alive in the room, VERY dirty floor in the room as well as everywhere else. It was so disgusting i refused to walk around the room without shoes on. Staff did bot care about the cleanliness of the hotel nor the rooms when it was reported to them and I was told “there isn’t anything I can do about.” While they shrugged their shoulders. By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in!

Booked a two room suite for a two night stay. I called three days prior to my arrival to confirm. Upon arrival, I was told the hotel was overbooked and I couldn't get the room I reserved. Was also told that I had been called about the problem. I was never contacted. When I received the check-in paperwork to sign, the name was correct but the address, e-mail and phone number was wrong. I had the clerk correct it. I inquired about a discount for the change in room and was told I had to speak with someone the following day. The following morning, I could not wait to deal with this issue. I returned to the hotel after midnight that night and figured I would just wait until Monday, during business hours. Called on Monday and was told that the check in clerk lied and could have fixed the rate for the room. Then they took my number and I was told they would look into changing the rate and call me back. Two days have passed and still haven't received a call back and no credit has been applied to my credit card.

Got to our room and smelled horrendous, come to find out the toilet in our room filled was with human feces and had been apparently sitting i. there for 5 days! Disgusting! Open soap on sink in dirty tray. The second room had black hairs all over our pillows and sheets we had to change our bedding ourselves! Front desk girl rude acted like we were an inconvenience. Steer clear of this place. Housekeepers need to fired or trained! I wound give this place a zero star if I could.
