Actually a 4.5 star rating will be more apt. Spacious rooms and very close to the airport. Helpful staff members. Overall a pleasant stay.

This turned out to be one of the best hotel experiences I have had in a long time.
The staff were always attentive and kind, especially Pam, the Manager. A few small issues came up on my end, yet she handled them with grace and even made me laugh through it all. She has a special way of making people feel seen, valued, and respected.
The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh every morning, and the coffee was always hot. Most of all, my daughters felt safe and relaxed, which meant everything to me.

We stayed at this particular hotel the weekend of Feb 14th because it was close to the venue of an event we were attending. The service provided by the clerk at the front desk was warm and welcoming. Sadly, things went down from there. There were only 2 tissues in the tissue box and no hand soap. It gets worse ... the shower was dirty with black marks along the bottom.
I requested another but they were unable to accommodate my request because they had no vacant rooms. Our reservation was a "non-refundable" one so we were stuck.
We had to make other arrangements for showering during our visit.
Our 2nd night there, the elevator was broken and we had to walk up three flights of stairs.
Needless to say, we won't book this location again - even if the event venue is held in the meeting room of this hotel.

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. MEANING NOTHING WORKS. No breakfast, no toilet tissuein bathroom, television doesn't work and no pool. No refund is noted at front desk, once you check-in, your stuck. Offered a email to reach guest relations and to switch our room if we want to watch tv. None of this shows on website to inform potential guests. I will not stay at this hotel again. 1st and last time.

Loved this hotel! Miss J (for short) was absolutely awesome and so patient with us ❤️ I truly appreciate her kindness. We had a long night on Sunday and needed a place to stay for 6 days, and thankfully they had rooms available! The atmosphere was calm and soothing, and the cleaning staff was always on point.
The only downside was that our first room had a broken toilet and the elevator is NOT working, but other than that, everything was great. Breakfast and in-room service were both pretty good! Definitely a spot worth coming to when you’re in town. Affordable and worth staying at!
