I stayed here for Memorial Day weekend. We went to take a shower and we had to jump out because brown stuff started coming up from the drain. When I told the manager Dante, he was so rude about it. But my wife loved the location so we decided to give them another chance so we booked another night…. Housekeeper walked in on us having sex; she didn’t even knock.

The bed in my room had hair in it. I called the front desk and made them aware of it. They said none was available to change the sheets (it was very late), but they would send some up... We never received them. I asked housekeeping the next morning if they can change the sheets. She said ok, but never came back to change them. The next day I had a personal mishap. I asked the front desk if they had any personal items, they said yes but no one never brought them up. (I requested them 3 times) The breakfast was really good and the day of checkout they had(who I called the elite team) at the front desk. They were very professional, pleasant and accommodating. It was Deonte and a female.

Pretty old hotel. Everything in the room is quite dated and the water wouldn't get past lukewarm. Nothing like a lukewarm shower after a long day. The parking garage isn't great. They park all the trucks up top making it difficult to navigate to the garage. This is because the height limit in the garage is 6ft. Very tight. Starbucks inside is nice to have though, since breakfast doesn't open until 630 which is too late to eat and get to work. The servers in the bar/restaurant are awesome.

Fantastic valet service. Corey and Sam helped us out we had tons of luggage because we're here for 3 days for a wedding. Went to the front desk and the ladies there were super charming and helpful. Khytyearra and CeCe were the best. Awesome customer service. Highly recommend this DoubleTree. The next morning we met another outstanding staff member. Keke made our morning. She helped us with. Late checkout and gave us amenities for our room. This place is AWESOME ♥️♥️♥️

I had a wonderful stay here. The staff was super attentive and friendly. There was a young lady who was helping me out last night getting water and a snack and we chatted at the front desk. She also checked my friend and I in. She was so awesome. I forgot her name (sorry) but in case she reads this we chatted about some … interesting people. She def made me want to come back to this hotel just for her service alone. She deserves props!
