I had expected more from this hotel. Overall, the hotel looks good and has a beautiful lobby area. The rooms however are pretty dated and dark - even though they’re functionally fine. Breakfast was disappointing - very simple buffet service for almost 40 dollars per day. Gym hard to find and pretty simple. Location along the Katy Freeway is fine - very practical and not a problem, but I had expected more from the hotel itself.

Buyers beware!! The pictures I have included will give you a reality of this hotel. Worst hotel experience ever!! Disgusting rooms and I mean really disgusting!
Dirty carpets, broken bed, broken furniture! Front desk staff and management does not care and very much are aware of how dirty their rooms are. You will be put on hold and then hung up. Spend your money somewhere you are welcome and valued but not for a property that presents unlivable rooms. Totally gross!

The facility is beautiful — the Koi pond is such a great touch. However, the rooms are very old and dated. We bring sandals for hotel stays, but I made a quick walk to thermostat and felt how old and icky the carpet was. The rooms could definitely use enhancements. Our window looked out into the pond and lobby, and we appreciated how quiet it was through the night (no street noise like we’re used to). Check in was easy, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Overall, we had a good stay.

The lobby is beautiful, the rooms do look a but outdated but they are clean and well kept.
The breakfast is a bit pricey for what you get with regard to the buffet. The menu offers reasonable priced meals.
The amenities are good too, clean, has what you need. A peloton and all the weights you need. Pool is clean, there is a hot tub and lawn area for dogs. But no doggy bags, good thing I had my own.
The lobby has a wow factor, everything else is very satisfactory.

Hotel is reasonably priced, clean and friendly staff. The bar is also quiet and great service. Noor is an amazing bartender super friendly and attentive. Perfect attention to detail. Wonderful travel spot or stop in if your a local.
