The hotel in general was very good. The facilities are comfortable, the location is excellent and the reception staff was friendly. However, the room we were assigned had animals, which was a very unpleasant experience.
Another negative point was the lady in charge of breakfast. His treatment of guests leaves a lot to be desired; he even scolded my father and me for no reason, making us feel uncomfortable. Better customer service would make a big difference.
The only reason I chose this hotel was because of the World Cup, since it is very close to the stadium. If they improve those details, it would be an excellent place to stay.

This Holiday Inn Express was excellent from the speedy efficient profession check in to the cleanliness of the large suite to the quietness of the room to the convenience to the freeway and nearby restaurants, stores and gas stations. Not to mention the safety of the remoteness to any riff raff! Loved it. Breakfast was great and housekeeping was excellent!

The hotel was not clean at all. The area where you can make coffee was not kept up at all. (Had just stayed in 2 other holiday inn expresses on this trip). No creamer or cups and when I asked the girl at the front desk she seemed bothered because they were on their phones. The lights to the pool didn’t work and the rooms were not as clean as the reviews had stated. The pull out couch mattress was all stained and so was the couch. And the comforter had stains as well. The staff in the breakfast area were so rude. Don’t waste your money there is so many options near by.

I LOVED my stay at this hotel! I can't recommend it enough. The room was so clean with a light soft smell, the hidden ambient lighting above the vanity and tv wall was AWESOME, the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. The bathroom was clean, shiny and had VERY nice bottles of Dove soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner attached to the walls.
The full complimentary breakfast was over the top! Omelettes, sausage, bacon, gravy, biscuits, breads, juices, pancake maker! I'm not listing it all but it was just everything you could ask for... Thank you for a wonderful breakfast experience Brianna! 💗
I mean every word of this and highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely go back there when I come that way.
The front desk attendants were very nice and so helpful on the phone and in person.

The front desk attendants are very sweet, they greet you with smiles and always around for your needs. I’ve stayed in a hotel recently that would leave a note that they’d be back and guests were just waiting for whatever they needed. Holiday Inn is just well managed in general. Had to use 5 days to keep diamond status before the end of the year and it has a nice clean hot tub that works. Enjoyable place to lay your head.
