First we get checked into the king suite and hours later the room wasn’t cold enough for us to fall asleep and called em multiple times and no one answered and this is at 3am so no they weren’t busy. So we had to go down and ask for a different room the lady was nice she got it done and she said she owed us 20 and remind you we paid in cash and our card on file. And I told her okay you could just give the money now and she said it’s okay we’ll give you on your check out. We had delayed our check out till 1 pm. Around 11 am they were banging on the door, not knocking but banging and I’m sure it was edna. Then I get a call from edna the manager very disrespectful and I told her we had the room changed and we had later checkout and she’s like no the other room was cooling and the check out is at 11 and I told idk what to tell you. Ruined perfectly good sleep being disrespectful. Then at 12 we go downstairs and I told her if I could get the money back and she sent someone to check the room before she gave the 20 bucks backs as if she doesn’t have my card on file and took the money on hold incase something is wrong. And then I shared my concerns w her that she was very disrespectful and she didn’t seem to care. No apologies nothing she said she didn’t call at first then nkt even 20 seconds later she agrees she did. Absolutely worse management, Bery mean very disrespectful and then come to find out that they took the cash and charged my card for the night. Had to call and make sure it got voided. Hotels are suppose to be hospitable but I guess this is what happens when you let Edna be a manager whos mean and disrespectful when she’s a Latina
Ans theyre hospitable except for her. Don’t know who pissed her off. So funny how they only respond to good reviews and not the bad ones.

Terrible. Worst Experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. Management is about money. They will screw you out of it every chance they get. Be careful. Stay somewhere else. Oh and bed bugs were in an earlier review…we had roaches!!! Also, heard two other guests complain about money issues with the hotel.

This stay was the second time at this hotel. The staff was awesome, friendly, attentive and very pleasant!!! Excellent service all the way around! How and why it's a " 2 star" hotel is beyond me, I believe I was treated like I was 5 star guest at a 5 star hotel! The location was perfect, it was close to everywhere we needed to go. Breakfast was awesome.

Stayed 2 nights while visiting relatives. Room had comfortable bed, good lighting, nice TV, and good a/c. Service was great all around and breakfasts were good (waffles, sausage, eggs). A really good stay.

Enjoyed our stay for baseball tournament. Location was convenient to the ballpark (formally Big League Dreams). Waffle maker at breakfast was a hit with 12 year old. Breakfast starts at 6:00 am even on Sundays which is clutch for early morning baseball. Would be 5 stars but the room was a little musty when the AC kicked off. Town is just so close to the water probably not much you can do. Place isn't cheap but we had some points. Would stay again.
