The hotel staff was kind and very helpful in understanding the check-in and out time as well as the amenities and other aspects of the hotel. Has a central elevator to access the different floors, room was clean and comfortable with some towels and soaps in bathroom. There was a tv with some free access cable and other things to watch. Room had a ac unit on the window that was adjustable to a temperature that we saw fit. The room had a phone line that you can use for service or order food. Also has a small pool and jacuzzi area behind the hotel open to guest.

I had an outstanding experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the level of service was exceptional across the board. The rooms were incredibly clean, well-maintained, and comfortable—exactly what you hope for when traveling.
What truly set this place apart was the staff. Raj, the owner, clearly takes pride in running a top-tier operation, and it shows in every detail. Paty, Melissa, Alexa, Aaliyah, Stef, Jay, Jessica, Maria, Ale, Janet, and Liz all went above and beyond to make my stay smooth and enjoyable. Every interaction was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful.
It’s rare to find a team that consistently delivers this level of hospitality, and it made a huge difference in my overall experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and well-run place to stay.

After vacationing in Puerto Rico, I stopped in Houston to visit my mother for 3 days. She had a full house, so I booked Choice since it was less than 2 miles away. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I stayed in a King Suite with a little living room. Very nice and modern! Service was great. Housekeeping stopped by daily for cleaning and free breakfast was served daily. They even had a lush pool. The location is conveniently located to FM 1960 and I-45. Walmart across the street and several restaurants options available right outside the hotel. Would highly recommended for short stays.

I booked this place as a last resort when all flights from IAH were cancelled. If you find yourself in a similar situation, please look at another option. The property is relatively new, but it's very, very dirty. The rooms smell like smoke and you could tell the bathroom and floors hadn't been cleaned in a long time. I booked this place thinking I could get some quick rest after a long day of travel ...I probably would have been better off sleeping in the airport.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Customer service is one of the main things that helps a business. The customer service at this location especially overnight is not well. I checked into this Comfort Inn & Suites around 11 PM and had to leave at 4:17 AM due to a ceiling sprinkler leak. Water was actively leaking and created a large puddle from the bed to the AC unit, making the room unsafe and unusable. Some of our belongings were also affected.
I have video evidence of the leak. I’ve attempted to contact the hotel multiple times by phone and email, but have not received any response from management.
Very unprofessional business and if anything happens during your stay, they will not accommodate or acknowledge any issues. They will ignore you. As long as they have your money they do not care.
