Stayed here for one night during a business trip and overall had a decent experience. The room was clean and comfortable for a short stay, and the price was reasonable for what you get. Nothing overly fancy, but it served its purpose well. Staff was pleasant and check-in was easy. If you're looking for a simple place to stay in Spring, Texas for work or a quick overnight trip, this place gets the job done.

Had a so much of a great stay at this location that I purchased another day even when I didn’t have to. It’s clean, in a great and safe location, and the rates are always reasonable.

Very bad experience nothing but roaches everywhere, the older lady at the front is very rude, and treats you as if your inconvenience to her, like lady retire if your that mad at people for showing up or having problems with your nasty room...
