Very nice hotel with extremely friendly staff, but the building is a little dated. The liner on top of our bed was a little spotted (looked like grease or oil stains), but the sheets were clean underneath. Beds were comfy, breakfast was delicious and complimentary every morning. Wanted to visit the pool, but it's not heated, so it was freezing when we visited in November. They had a "private" parking lot, but the exit side was broken, sp people just drove into it from that side instead of using their key cards to go through the entrance. Would definitely stay again.

Paid for early check in, was made to wait for 30 minutes until normal check in time. Had a 2 room suite, the AC in the living room area didn’t work properly. Management didn’t have another room to put us in and didn’t have anyone to work on it. No other arrangements could be made according to them, so we dealt with it because it was a cheap hotel. Couch was super uncomfortable. Pool was FREEZING. The hotel staff uses the same elevator as everyone else, so about half of the time it was full of staff with cleaning supplies. A minor annoyance, but still not the norm. The good was that it was extremely clean - no issues whatsoever with cleanliness. That’s about the only compliment I’ll pay this hotel other than it’s cheap rate.

Hotel seems good, you pay for what you get. Don't expect much more, rooms space is enough (unfortunately we found the cutie bug under the toilet seat which seems bigger in my pic). The pool is nice but cold.
Unfortunately the lobby close after 11:30pm and you cant go there to eat or just chill, all visitors have to stay in their room or go outside, very rude from a hotel at this price.

*Please be aware* last week, I booked for two nights under the best western website. During booking, it told me that I didn't have to pay anything. $0 deposit. Hours later as I was leaving Dallas on my way to Houston, I called to confirm my reservation and was told over the phone that I needed to pay for my $94 deposit for a guaranteed stay. (I WAS CONFUSED) because the booking online didn't say anything about a deposit. But I was told that I would get it back after check out. Okay cool, I went ahead and let them charge my card as pending before I arrived. When I arrived I was told that I would have to pay an additional $100 in cash or by card (a hold in case if i broke anything in my room or left a STAIN in the sheets or towels) But was told I would get it back during check out. Ive been to MANY fancy hotels and was NEVER hit with that before. This best western felt dirty in the hallways and money hungry. My shower was clogged up and sink as well. The website list (free laundry) but i had to pay $3 to wash and $3 to dry. Really? $3 to dry and my clothes was still damp when I took it out. I did get my $100 cash back during check out and the $94 pending deposit came back to my card within 30 minutes after checkout. The ladies in the front were nice to me tho. I just didn't like the policy.

I stayed at this hotel this past weekend for two nights. The facilities look fine, though the hotel is a bit old, but it's not a big deal. The room was okay, but I do have a complaint about the bed and the pillows. The bed was super uncomfortable, and the pillows were like couch cushions, not comfortable at all. In fact, I woke up with a headache both days. When you stay at a hotel, you expect to rest, and they should have comfortable beds and pillows. I asked at the front desk, and they told me that was all they had. I would only return if I had no other option.
