Staff were very nice and accommodating. Lu at the front desk was very pleasant and so was the really nice lady with glasses.(sorry didn’t get her name) This was a pit stop for myself and family. We spent 1 night the hotel can definitely use some remodeling and TLC, for the price we paid we are content and they also offer free shuttle service to and from IAH (George Bush International Airport).

Fiona and the entire staff were helpful, kind and excellent! I had an awesome experience here. The rooms are clean, I always saw maintenance kept clean every day and the Restaurant food is delicious. I will recommend everyone here so they can enjoy their stay at the Ramada by Will Clayton.
Thanks to Everyone, I enjoyed my stay. This was my home away from home. 😊

Their shuttle system is incompetent. From the airport none showed up so after 40 min I just took a Lyft. Signed up during check-in for a shuttle and the next day another receptionist said they had no record and to wait for an hour.
The room is fine for an overnight stay and the rate is fairly affordable and close to the airport. For AirPlay they need to do a better job of assigning IDs to the TVs. Cable didn’t work but that may have been to weather.
3 stars is mostly for the room and general cleanliness but the shuttle service was unorganized and poorly managed.

We were placed at this Ramada by United after a late flight made us miss our connection. It's a comfortable, very clean and almost homey space, with brilliantly polished marble floors. Even if we'd paid, it would be great value for money. The room was comfortable, with good pillows and a decent bed. Every staff member is friendly and helpful. The highlight was an awesome meal in the downstairs restaurant. The Chef knows what he's doing. The Chicken Florentine was crunchy, the broccoli perfectly steamed, and the rice had such good dedicate flavor I could have had just that. My partner's pasta was perfectly al dente, and a good quality. They have a huge cooler displaying their wines. All in all, it was a great experience for two constant travelers, better than many places we've stayed at twice the price. It was a good find.

So far I am highly disappointed with my stay. The first thing that happened was the air/heat wasn’t working. I talked to Kahli the front desk manager and he wasn’t helpful. I suggested a discount for the inconvenience especially during the Christmas holiday. He said he could down grade me from a suite that I originally needed for my family to a smaller room. That would not have helped me. The second problem, my family had no television. No one is helping us with either problem. Do not come to the Ramada!
