Free breakfast saves this one. The breakfast is pretty decent and free However I never had my room serviced my entire stay. Just the trash changed. Internet was free but not very good. Hotel gym is sufficient. Front desk was chill. Not conveniently near anything. Laundry was annoying has a card option on the machine but seems deliberately removed and only take quarters in 2026. Also no curtains so just had Ojos locos neon lights beaming into my room the entire night.

Overall good price for location and free breakfast. Do not like paper plates and plastic forks...food is decent. Hotel is modern and clean. Great location for Memorial City visits. Traffic can be heavy on feeder access at rush hours. Ask for top floor. Sounds and clomping travel down to lower floor. Rooms have thoughtful furniture for travelers...no huge dresser...instead a wide platform for luggage. Closet space is adequate. Water pressure and hot water good. Staff is friendly! Plenty of free parking. Recommended. I will stay again.

Overall decent stay. My room type wasn't available when I checked in and nobody in my party wants to sleep on a pull-out sofa when I had purposely selected a two bed room when I created the reservation almost 2 months ahead of time. The suite I ended up in was nice although there were no power outlets in the bathroom. I was able to move to my requested room type the second day. That room was much nicer and my multi bed requirement.

Nice clean hotel, clean, spacious room. However, upon arrival, the one receptionist was on the phone for a while. When she finally hung up, she tended to the guest before me with no “welcome, hello” let alone a smile. She then tended to me and she simply told me she needed my id. No eye contact, smile, welcome, etc. When my husband asked her if the hotel had Happy Hour she looked at him as if saying “are you crazy?” then she just shook her head. I’ve never felt so unwelcome upon checking into a hotel. Breakfast was simple but good. However, each day we were there, they ran out of food about 30 minutes before closing. People were waiting in line and no one even came out to check on food. Guests, kids, kept waiting. I could understand if it was five, even 10 minutes before closing, but it wasn’t. Trays were empty 30 to 40 minutes before closing. Housekeeping was pleasant. TV had no remote control and lamp didn’t work for long after it was repaired. The following day they had a pleasant receptionist, but that should be the norm, especially since they are the first person we see upon arrival. Nice hotel but obviously poor management.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Tiffany, the manager, because she completely turned my experience around. When I arrived to check in on my scheduled stay date, I was told I could not check in because their system was down due to an update, and they didn’t know when it would be back online. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to wait around, so I asked if I could cancel the stay. The front desk associate told me I would still be charged a fee, and the way it was communicated came off very rude and dismissive, so I ended up leaving. Later, I called back to request a receipt for the fee that was charged — and that’s when Tiffany stepped in. She was professional, calm, and incredibly helpful, even though it was obvious she was extremely busy (phones ringing, customers in the background, everything going on at once). She not only emailed me the receipt right away, but she also refunded the fee, and did it all with such a great attitude and demeanor. Tiffany is exactly the kind of person you hope to deal with when something goes wrong. She handled the situation with real customer service and care, and I truly appreciate how she resolved everything.
