This is our new favorite hotel to spend the weekend when visiting family in Manvel. It’s conveniently located for us, rooms are clean (I appreciate there are no carpets in the room and the floor is clean), and the front desk lady is the best! She always greets us kindly and finds ways to make our stay the best

Always appreciate the location of this hotel in relation to Hobby airport. They allow us to leave our car in the parking lot when we stay the nights before and after a trip. We Uber/Lyft to the airport and it is hassle free. Appreciate the hot breakfast and there are plenty of restaurants in the area for other meals.

Family event to stay the night, Hotel is under Major Construction. Scaffles on sides, men working at 6:00 pm on a Friday Evening. Major Liability and very UNSAFE! Manager on Duty was very Rude, told us rooms are fine and she didn’t care who we are we were not getting any type of refund. Not a place to stay! Close down until Outside is Finished! Hilton Do Better.

Services that ONLY care about maximizing profits by cutting corners. Had black mold in room too, which I had to bring to their attention many times during my stay. All they care about is your money and how quick they can have it. Choose other places if you can.

Very nice people working here, room was sufficient and huge and very varied free breakfast, better than any other Hamptons I've been at and it was a holiday so they didn't really need to put this much food out.
