I go to Olive Garden on Katy fwy. Houston Tx. I order a chicken and shrimp carbonara . I tell my waitress please light on the peppers. I get my plate and it was little. When she came back I told her. I’m not one to complain but it looks small. She agreed and said no worries. I spoke to my manager. They’ll fix you another. The chef comes out skipping and says here’s the rest of your plate. You guessed it. The peppers!

I had the never ending pasta. The food was good. Briden was an excellent waiter. The staff was great especially the manager, Stephen. I had 2 minor issues that were immediately addressed.

I absolutely hate this restaurant and its service. Last night me and my family went to go eat at Olive Garden, the food was okay and the waiters were very nice. Although the only thing that I did not enjoy is that today we went to pickup my mom’s purse because we had left there last night on accident. We told the manager what had happened then handed my mom’s purse back. Before we left the restaurant, my mom made sure that everything was in her bag where it was supposed to be. She ended up realizing that someone had stolen all of her money in cash that was about $300 and some expensive jewelry that included my dad’s wedding ring, her gold rosary and some James Avery charm bracelets. Of course we went back inside Olive Garden to report this incident that had happened. Then after a few minutes the manager come back and tells us that they can not do anything about it because they do not have CAMERAS inside the RESTAURANT, which I found absolutely ridiculous and absurd. My mom was very devastated especially because somebody had taken my dad’s gold wedding ring. I will not be coming back to this restaurant and will be making a statement to the police. So please if you are going to this Olive Garden, please be careful with your belongings.

Shout out to Emma! She made Olive Garden an option for us again! Last time we came here the staff was super rude, food was awfully oily and burnt. But this time? Fantastic! Really appreciate the new staff. Only negative thing I have to say is that we had a total Karen sitting behind us, not the establishments fault what’s so ever. Just negative people trying to drag down the people around them.

Waited 20 minutes to be seated but the service was excellent and the food was exquisite. My husband and I were having dinner with our 16 yr. Old daughter. We had a good time and walked out full. Bartender made me a sweet drink. My server was always on point. Thanks Olive Garden
