Worst experience ever!
I ordered 3 yards of sand and 1 yard of 50/50. I’m new to this, but the workers helping me told me the order was delivered incorrectly. They estimated there was at most 2 yards of sand and only about half a yard of 50/50.
I called the store, and instead of offering a solution, I was told there were no returns and that the manager would call me. When the manager did call, he was rude and barely let me speak. He kept asking if I knew how many cubic feet are in a yard and said not all wheelbarrows are the same, basically insisting that he was right and the customer was wrong.
I didn’t expect to spend my weekend dealing with this. Weekends are the only time I have to work on my yard, and this experience completely ruined it.
I’M VERY DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED. If I could give zero stars, I would. The manager needs to improve the way he speaks to customers. I felt dismissed, talked over, and treated without respect. I will not be returning!!!

This place is great with a stellar group of folks working there as well. Went there on 3-19-26 to pick up some moss rocks and was surprised that it was cost effective and didn't break the bank. The owner ( Taylor ) was informative and helpful and the other staff members were professional and polite. Would highly recommend this place for any regular guy doing a home/yard project.

Jackie , Jaszmin, and Davis were incredibly polite and professional. I came in to get some crushed concrete and they got me in and out quickly. I am a small business owner so my time is spread thin already. I will be back. Thank you for the great customer experience.

We had a great experience at EDS. Yard-man Davis was very helpful and showed us how to estimate quantity needed. He also helped us plan the most cost-effective delivery option.
The facility was very neat and organized. Checkout with Crystal was great. I am confident the materials will arrive on time.

So fair, friendly and helpful. Great selection and a place to get some inspiration and ideas for your own landscape. Our latest project came out beautiful. Mr. Davis was a big help.
