Vernon Harris came out to repair a small leak on my shower/tub. Went from a cartridge change to a valve assembly change which I expected. It was still leaking after the cartridge change. Vernon delivered quality work paying attention to details to everything including the trim and keeping me up to date on progress. The experience and quality is worth it. He even pointed out one trim piece he installed was nickel, not chrome, that he installed by accident and would change it out. Love the integrity and honesty in that.

Just had Village take out two old individual HVAC units from a small townhome (two outside and two in the attic) and replace them with a Daikin Variable Speed Multi-zone system. All new duct work and a few new supplies/returns for better efficiency. Henry, who I met with the week prior for a consultation was great at explaining the whole process and what all would work the best. The workers were fantastic with the install. Very happy with how it turned out.

I feel it’s important to voice my frustration regarding the service I received from this company, especially as I am currently suffering without air conditioning. This situation has understandably affected my mood. While I do plan to revisit this review once my issue is resolved—believing they have the potential to offer quality service—my recent experience has been disheartening.
Three days ago, on Friday afternoon, I invested $2,500 for repairs, including a new damper and the Lennox coil replacement. Unfortunately, my air conditioning system is now completely frozen and inoperable.
(My coil was still under warranty and that was just labor)
To make matters worse, I cannot locate my receipt. The payment link I used did not allow for any documentation retrieval after the transaction, which is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.
As I mentioned earlier, I’m currently feeling quite upset due to no AC... However, I genuinely believe this company operates with integrity. The personnel who have visited my home have been exceptionally helpful and informative. I trust that they will resolve this issue and share my frustration. I plan to revisit this matter and update my review accordingly.

I couldn't be more impressed with Village Plumbing and Air! From start to finish, their team provided top-notch service that exceeded my expectations. They were professional, punctual, and truly knowledgeable about what they were doing. I had trouble with my AC not cooling, they sent Josh Hanson out who handled everything with care and unmatched expertise. He swapped out a bad capacitor and addressed a worn down contactor too. I especially appreciated their friendly demeanor and commitment to getting the job done right. They cover the floors and wear shoe protectors even. Yeah you might save a buck calling the local guy but I can't appreciate enough the precision in communication and follow up that can't be beat. Plus local guy may not have the parts or have to make multiple visits to get it done. If you're looking for reliable, honest, and skilled technicians, Village Plumbing and Air is the way to go! Highly recommend!
