I've used Get It Done since 2016 when I bought my house and it immediately sprung a big leak in the ceiling. We did a pex repipe at that time for very reasonable fee, quick turnaround and patched all the holes in the drywall that many plumbers said they wouldn't do. Since then, Emilio and team have come out to fix an outside leak at the hose bib, install rain shower and new faucets in bathroom, fix indoor leaks, install tankless heater and flush annually.
Getting scheduled is so straightforward and quick. I've always been happy with the service, turnaround, professionalism and rates.

A plumber came out to check for a busted pipe since there was water leaking from the Ceiling directly under the master shower, they turned on the water and checked and waited for leaks, cut a hole in the wall to look at the pipes in the shower and eventually said it wasn’t a plumbing issue it was the roof vent. Also charged us $300. Immediately fixed that and checked after it rained to make sure the problem was fixed, and there was no leaking so we thought it was. When we turned on the Water to the shower upstairs it started leaking through the ceiling downstairs right away. They came back out and said there was a leak/crack but not one they could fix. When I called the owner back he said there was nothing he could do about the hole in the wall and that “mysterious leaks are hard to find”. My question is why would you cut a hole in the wall before you even tried turned on the water to the shower when it was obvious source of the leak?

I called this company due to a last minute issue at my commercial kitchen. My call was placed at 10:50am and by 11:30 the plumber was there to assist. The added bonus was he arrived he introduced himself and got right to work. Literally less than 20 minutes he'd diagnosed and provided a quote. After giving the approval another 10 mins late the work was done. Customer servers was prompt and Stellar. They are literally living up to their name!
