This company is the best. I have used several times and they never disappoint. From the phone call to the repairman everyone is so nice and professional. Carlos is very professional and personable. He explained what I needed in a way I could understand. I would highly recommend Cooper Plumbing. I will definitely be calling for future needs.

I had Efrain change out the ultraviolet light on my home water purification system. He was on time, very friendly, and did a great job. The price was really reasonable. It is not an easy job to do but it was done perfectly. I am so happy to have found a reliable and capable plumber, because my previous plumber retired.

I really appreciated Warren’s honesty and helpfulness. He suggested that my issue was not as bad as it looks and I could probably fix it myself. I was already making repairs elsewhere on my home so I didn’t want to break the bank even more.

I had an excellent experience with Cooper Plumbing! They were incredibly quick to respond to my request and arrived on time, fully prepared. The team was professional, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable about their work. They resolved the issue promptly and left everything clean and tidy. It’s rare to find such reliable service these days, and I’m glad I chose them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality plumbing services. Great job!

Update: I am changing the review to 3 stars because the owner, Jeremiah, personally called to discuss the situation and provided a resolution. *Edit to address the response provided*: The plumber never said that they do not do cabinet work. This is inaccurate. The only disclosure given prior to the vanity work was that the plumber said he was not responsible if the sheetrock was damaged when the pedestal sink was removed. But, again, if the vanity could not be set properly without carpentry work, and they do not specialize in this, that should have been communicated clearly so that we could consider other options - it was not. The review also isn't being written to seek reimbursement - I already provided two opportunities via email to make it right, either by sending someone to fix it, providing a partial refund (I thought $200 was fair to ask, to go toward hiring another contractor to correct the issue), or offer any other solution, but their response was only to pass the blame onto us. I do not wish to engage any further with this company. My only recourse at this point is to offer a factual review for others so they are informed, because we were not. --- I would not recommend Cooper Plumbing, particularly if you are asking them to install a bathroom vanity. We agreed upon a price for two services, replacing a garbage disposal and installation of a vanity in our half bath. They said for both services, they would offer us a discount for each, which we accepted. The garbage disposal replacement did go well, however, the bathroom vanity installation did not, and their response to the issue was unprofessional and in poor customer service. The plumber set the vanity against the baseboard, which created a gap between the wall and the vanity cabinet. He then installed the sink flush to the wall, so the sink top was no longer aligned with the cabinet. Either the baseboard or the vanity itself should have been cut to allow the vanity cabinet to sit flush with the wall and sink top. I contacted Cooper Plumbing to ask if this issue could be corrected, and their first response was brief and just stated that they do not do any woodwork or cabinetry and "any additional work would be additional". While I understand woodwork may not be within their scope, they should not have sold vanity installation as a service in that case, and the plumber should have been clear upfront that the vanity could not be installed properly. If we had been informed of this, we would have chosen a different contractor. I responded again and asked if a partial refund could be provided or if they could offer any other solutions, and their response was defensive, saying that we already received a discount and the price only included "setting the vanity" and not "installing the vanity", even though the receipt stated "installed new cabinet". They also blamed the wall for not being "level" and the "low end vanity" we provided, and that we should have had a custom made cabinet if we wanted it set right. I don't believe removing a piece of baseboard to set the vanity against the wall required a custom cabinet to be made. Regardless, if there were issues with the wall or our "low end vanity" not being level, that should have been communicated before proceeding with the service. As it stands, we paid over $750 for 1.5 hours of work by 1 person (after the discount), and we will still need to pay someone else to undo this work and redo it correctly. I am disappointed that Cooper Plumbing did not provide any solution for work that was clearly below standard, and their response instead was blaming us as the customer for not purchasing a higher end vanity or going with custom fit cabinets.
