I received text message and a phone call to let me know the technician, Jeremy was en route with an expected ETA. He respectfully took off his shoes, diagnosed the problem, and presented me with different options to solve the problem. Jeremy efficiently solved the problem, cleaned up, and took payment. The process from start to finish was smooth and effortless. Wow! I am so impressed how fast this company was able to get someone out to help us today. Thank you for being so kind and understanding and also getting here so quickly. David was truly an exceptional and professional plumber and went above and beyond to help explain things, answer any of my questions and also look at a few other things we had at the house. When things didn’t go right with a part - he had sincere apologies and wasn’t stressed or mad just said no worries and that he would take care of it. I felt very glad to have his expertise and answers to concerns - the cause of my problems is not having a water softener - I signed up for their membership plan to get a discount and annual checks / so they will come back another day and check my whole house. I just felt happy to have a team of experts to help fix and prevent any more problems in my home. As a homeowner this gives me a lot of peace ! Thank you David for your good energy and your expertise. You were awesome and you made a good impression to me as the face of your company today. I received amazing service from Power Plumbing Services. They responded to my inquiry quickly and had a technician at my house 3 hours later.
Armondo was great. Very professional and personable. He explained what I needed for my water line repair and what the root cause of the problem was. He completed the repair and cleaned up faster than I expected.
After getting a quote from a competitor that was only interested in replacing the entire waterline (which was not necessary), I was very happy with Power Plumbing price, which was about 8%. Honest, quality and price go a long way. Definitely my new go to plumber.
