I called Nick’s Plumbing to give me an estimate. Ethan dropped by the same day and told him what I wanted. Ethan stated that it’s not a problem and provided an estimate while he was there. I was surprised that I didn’t have to wait a week for them to get back with me.
I went ahead and scheduled an appointment for the following week.
Ethan and Christian showed as scheduled and were very professional and polite.
After the line was installed they even painted the pipe for us.
My personal opinion is that they went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction.

Aldo Madrigal with Nick’s Plumbing and Air Conditioning was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and honest.
He worked quickly to diagnose the issue then explained the issue in detail including pricing to fix.
Aldo made the repairs quickly and efficiently. He performed several system checks and remained on-site to ensure the issue was fully resolved before leaving.
I will definitely contact them again in the future.

Initially called because my garbage disposal was not functioning, had a broken kitchen faucet, and a leak with the kitchen sink pipes. Gentleman that came was polite, professional, clearly explained options and pricing and didn't automatically push me to replace equipment that he managed to repair. Saved me a significant amount of money and has earned a loyal customer. Will gladly refer anyone and everyone that I know needs a plumber to this company. Thank you very much.

I have been very impressed with my entire experience with Nick's Plumbing. It started, with Don coming to our house in Kingwood late on a Saturday to give me an estimate. As I have never had a tankless system before and didn't know very much about them, Don was very patient and stayed to answer all my questions regarding the tankless technology. He even advised/warned me of some things that I hadn't thought of that sometimes affect a customer's decision making process regarding tank vs tankless. I informed Don I would get back to him on Wednesday as I was getting 3 bids for the work. On Wednesday, I called Don back to inform him that I wanted to use Nick's plumbing but has received a bid from another company that was lower than his. Don checked with the owner and called me back saying they could match the competitors price. I agreed and was surprised to hear that he would have his installers out tomorrow to begin/install the system.
The install started the next morning when Steve showed up and got to work. Steve very quickly got our old unit drained, dismantled and removed from our attic. He was efficient and clean with the assembly of the new framing and installing of the new tankless unit. I was especially impressed, as the install was quite extensive and Steve didn't finish until near 8:00pm that evening. I even asked if he wanted to leave and come back and finish up tomorrow (he already had the hot water running to the house), to which he replied that if it was ok with me he would like to make sure the job was finished that night.
Having now had use of the unit for 24 + hours, I am very happy with the unit I selected. I give all the credit to Don for his expertise in assisting me to the right direction, and to Steve for the installation and perfect performance of the unit once installed. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of switching from a tanked water heater to tankless, to definitely give Nick's Plumbing a call.

This place is so good. Nick's business is legit and they're super responsive. There are just too many horrible trades companies but this one was responsive and didn't turn me away because my project was small and I didn't have a new water heater installation... My guy was Javier and visited and knocked out a drain today. He was professional, friendly, confident, competent and at a FAIR Price! Thanks so much!
