Stayed at Hotel ZaZa and the food was top tier. Ordered the Crispy Buttermilk Chicken with Mashed Potatoe, Green Beans. The Salmon, and The Crispy Chicken Sandwich. Everything was yummy. The chicken breast was perfectly seasoned, and was juicy. The cocktails were delish, and on Saturday night they had a live band, nice relaxing touch to dinner.

Located in the Hotel Zaza..the Tipping Point was a nice way to celebrate an early Valentine’s. Their food was tasty and excellent portions(not too big not too small). We loved their Aquachile appetizer, surf &turf, and chocolate decadence cake. The drinks were delicious too. As far as seating you can sit at the bar, at a booth, table indoors, or outdoors by the pool. On certain nights they have live music. Overall we had a really great night.

Hotel Zaza's valet service WRECKED MY CAR two days ago (10/18/2023) during my wife's company annual charity party (Phillips 66). JAMI O'VERY (company's director) promised they would take care of it and I wouldn't have to worry. AUDRINA LAVEN (hotel Zaza's manager) did the same, reassuring me they hire "reputable companies" as part of their guest experience. Next day I called O'very and she "welcomed" me to file a lawsuit to get a subpoena in order to access the footage. She DENIED ANY RESPONSIBILITY. I called Laven thinking the Hotel Zaza would be willing to weigh in in favor of their customers - from what I understand Phillips 66 hosts several events a year at the hotel. She SHAMELESSLY WASHED HER HANDS, backtracking everything she said the night before, saying the valet service is an independent company and I needed to deal with them directly.
It is PREPOSTEROUS that companies like this try to screw over decent people. They even suggested I had wrecked the car and tried to blame them for it!
DO NOT STAY at this hotel. If something goes wrong they will probably tell you to go and deal directly with the third party company they hired because they are not responsible. INFAMOUS!

Ambiance is great, I loved the design, furniture etc, very ‘European’. But food is overpriced and we had to wait a lot to get it, and restaurant was almost empty. Service was a bit annoying. They brought us a check even though we haven’t asked for it, and again, it’s not like restaurant is full and there are people to be seated so they are trying to rush us. No, it was empty and they still brought us a check.

Really disappointing brunch celebration for my Mom’s birthday. Seemed like good reviews here and OpenTable but my experience didn’t match. Waiter only seemed to have 1 table but was mixing up orders and forgetting drinks. Cooks couldn’t make soft bacon with 3 attempts. $23 Burger was charred and just tasted like ash, and the 2nd time I got it made by the kitchen the waiter never even asked how it was…
Drinks were bland and over priced ($15 for a highball glass of mixed cocktail).
And the setting is pretty nice but the booths are not well positioned for their table height, etc.
I wouldn’t recommend this for a special occasion.
