Totally recommend this place to anyone wanting the home cooked flavor without actually having to do it yourself. Food was delicious and hot. The waitress was friendly and attentive. Get there early and you won't wait to be seated. But still it's worth the wait and the prices are low like LOW low. So don't forget to tip your server appropriately!🤙🏾

Food was great! This was our 2nd visit. Service seems like half way through our visit the waitress no longer was on shift. I understand waitress went home but no one else attended us & nearby tables 😔

Stopped in this morning to get my menudo fixed for the weekend and I wasn't disappointed by this location right off the bat they started the conversation off right by asking me if I wanted patita and granos, (hominy & pigs feet) service was great and the menudo was good also, I felt I needed more spices additionally the tripe needed to be cut down into smaller pieces. On the plus side they make homemade corn tortillas. I will visit them again.

Should you give a breakfast place 5 stars? Why yes you should... it it's the Ranchito in Pasadena. This place is pretty fantastic. We came on a late Saturday morning and the restaurant was hopping. We got the last parking space but only had to wait a few minutes in line for a table. Although the restaurant is extremely busy, (and loud) the turnaround is quick. We had B6 (chorizo and eggs with barbacoa) and B9 (bacon and eggs with marinated pork). Both were huge servings and both were delicious. The servers are friendly and don’t stop moving! We will be back (probably next weekend).

Me and my comadre went for the first time. Were are scared to take chances on a new place since we've had many bad experience. Although we still went. Walked in sat down waitress was fast and very nice. Checked up on us many times without having to ask her. Food was great. Which we weren't expecting all to hit that good. Paid our ticket and gentlemen at the register asked if everything was good. I asked him if it wasn't what was he gonna do. Of course as a joke I asked since it was all great. Loved his come back. He tells me if it wasn't good tell me and they would do better next time. Recommend the restaurant,nice people and great food. 👍
