Very disappointing experience.
When we arrived, the hostess seated us in a section with several children who were being very loud. I politely asked if we could be moved to a quieter area, especially since there appeared to be many empty tables throughout the restaurant.
The hostess told us there was no other seating available and that we would have to stay there. We decided to wait.
What made the situation even more frustrating was that while we were waiting, other guests arrived after us and were attended to immediately by the server in the same section. It felt like our concerns and our time were not valued.
After waiting and receiving no assistance, we ultimately decided to leave. To make matters worse, the hostess was no longer at her station, and when we tried to find a manager, there was nobody available to help us or address the situation.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences we've had at an Olive Garden. We were polite, patient, and simply requested a quieter table, but the lack of support, communication, and basic customer service was unacceptable.
Unfortunately, I can only give one star.

Olive Garden Review
Enjoyed my visit today Doris, our server, was an absolute rockstar! 🌟 She made the whole experience smooth, fun, and relaxing. The restaurant had such a chill, peaceful vibe, and there were so many yummy options to choose from!
Today’s selections:
🍤 Fried Calamari Appetizer
🍝 Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken
🥣 Toscana Soup
🥣 Gnocchi Soup
🥖 Breadsticks, always a fave!
🥗 Salad, another classic favorite!
Promos we tried:
Never-Ending Pasta Bowl , Great deal and so delicious!
All You Can Eat Soup, Salad, and Breadsticks, Another unbeatable combo!

We truly loved the attention we received during our visit. The waiter was really nice, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. He was always checking in to make sure everything was okay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The service was excellent and definitely made a difference. We had a great time and would absolutely come back.

I brought my husband and kids to this location when we recently visited my parents. We wanted to dine at the Olive Garden in their area. The food is always great, and it was surprisingly busy for a Sunday afternoon (we had to wait 30 min+ for a table). One of my kids did get the wrong order, but the staff quickly corrected this! Great service.

The moment we entered there is a bad smell throughout the restaurant coming from the carpet, the only reason we stayed because it was my daughter birthday and she chose that place. Our server missed our order and rushed us out she wanted to take the plate so fast. Food was average
