The general manager and Bret were absolutely amazing! From being greeted at the door by the manager to the entire service following. Before I could ask a question he was already attending to our needs. I couldn’t do a survey so when it was brought up to do a review, I didn’t hesitate! I’m literally still in the parking lot. Great experience to have after church.

Its a nice restaurant apart of the chain. I usually don't like Olive Garden but they did a great job. Food was decent. (Can't say authentic but it was good) service was really good. Staff was nice and attentive. Atmosphere was really quaint and quiet. The time of day probably plays a role.

Better management is need it. I walked in and asked to sit at the bar. I was handed the menu and utensils. I asked the staff if anyone was going to take my order? A young lady later came I asked for a glass of wine, she served it on a wet wine glass I asked for a dry glass she looked bothered, later brought out the soup I ordered asked for cheese this is where I got up and left she stopped to organize some binders that were by the cash register, I gave her a minute then asked her again and with a tone told me she was going to get it.
This is my issue the entire time the energy was not pleasant and the customer service etiquette was poorly handled from the hostess to the bar tender. I'm taking my service elsewhere.

The waitress was great. Tiffany was wonderful. The food is good as usual. But the front hosts were deaf .. had to repeat myself 5 times, and all 3 could not repeat my name back...is Charlie deficult??? Do not think so

What a good service I loved everything. Today I got engaged to my husband and everyone in the service was excellent, of good quality. I loved it too much. It was very beautiful. The truth is.
