Food was wonderful but the women servings us were rude and had an attitude when asking for an order to go she did not even put it in and we waited for nothing.
The guy that was serving coffee was very polite and gave us good service.

Wait time for a to go plate was unnecessarily long. Restaurant should honestly work on a better pick up system because I waited for 40 mins to have someone call my order since I saw how busy it was and the other to go customer's order was called by his name.
After waiting for almost an hour I decided to finally ask if my order was ready and the waitress pulled it from under on their to go station and said here you go.... I asked her if they even call out the customer's name when the order is ready and she said that they do. However, l waited the entire time, and no one had called my name or even asked if I had been helped.
Then by the time I try my order (pupusas of fajita and chicharrón) it was a bigger disappointment. The pupusa literally was not filled with any meat. Cook just threw the fat of the meat inside. You'd think they chop or slice the meat but just to throw it whole and for it to be a quarter size of the fat from the fajita makes no sense..
Only positive thing of the bad customer service, time management and poorly ran restaurant was that the chicharrón con queso pupusa tasted good along with the tomato salsa and curtido other than that I wouldn't recommend this restaurant unless they improve their service. They should really take the time to read the reviews and work on improving because I'm sure they can do it. Food is not terrible but they do have areas of improvements.

Experience rich flavors and delicious food at this establishment, but please be advised that making a reservation for a large group is recommended as the venue tends to be busy and there may be a wait for seating. The staff is friendly and the premises are clean, but it is not uncommon for there to be a crowd. Their specialty dishes are Salvadorian, but they also offer Mexican and some American options. Highly recommended!

The entrance is pretty tight as you wait to be seated. We waited awhile since it was Sunday, which is understandable. Once we were seated our order was taken. The menu is vast but I would suggest adding a description to the menu, not just the pictures. I ordered the Miguelito and when our food was brought, I asked for the bread since the picture had bread. The waitress said, “oh you want bread?” Then proceeded to tell my husband to grab the tortillas he wanted from the plate because she was going to take the rest back so I can get bread. I said it was fine and not to worry. That was the last the waitress came by even though we wanted to order more coffee, and a side of refried beans since my plate came with whole beans that I did not like and did not expect. Even to pay, we were never able to get someone's attention to get the check. To summarize, the food was okay, price was decent, the atmosphere is nice but their service needs lots of improvement.

It was my first time visiting this place and i can say the food and the service were great. I ordered nuegados and plaintain empanadas for the appetazer and for my main coarse I ordered sopa de res. I also ordered coffee to drink and they served it with a piece of sweet bread. I definitely recommed this place and for sure I will come back.
