They staff doesn't speak English. The pastillos were amazing. The churassco looks amazing, but lacks flavor. The potatoes weren't seasoned at all. I didn't care for the chimchurri sauce and that sauce is one of my favorites. This was highly recommended to me by someone who is half Honduran. I was really excited when I walked in, but disappointed when I walked out. I won't come back.

We like to roam around looking for new foods we haven't tried yet. We were extremely pleased with this place. The tamales were cooked to perfection. And the wide variety of flavors on the Bandeja Catracha was amazing. This is a perfect place to stop when looking to experience culture.

First, the waitresses are great so be sure to tip, especially if they deserve it. The food is very authentic, i spent time in Tegu and they have the flavors right. Anyone saying that it's bland doesn't know what the sauce on the table is for. Its great place, i will grab fotos next time I go.

Good latino foods with nice waitresses and music. Give it a try! it is a little hidden sceret whole in the wall worth the trip to taste some Unique Honduran and Latin flavors that you won't get anywhere else. Tip to owner: Keep everyone smiling and often attending the tables and continue to serve fresh hot chips with fresh salsa! Offer suggestions and talk to the customers more and make them feel like family. π We'll be back! π

First thing's first, authentic Honduran food with no CAFE CON LECHE... Nuff said.
Me and my group of associates came to Houston for a business trip and heard good things about this place.
1. Service was mediocre. Nothing special. When one is serving as a waiter/waitress it needs to be said fam, good service good tip. Came through asked what we wanted and barely came through to check on us or refill our drinks. Only at the then end did our coffees.
2. There must be an avocado shortage because I feel like they could of given me a bit more.
3. The waitress played herself by adding the tip on my bill, what should of cost $19.48 at the most ended up costing $23 and some change.
4. Bills can't be split on the weekends like bro, why? The sense of entitlement on some people is completely off.
5. The Pupusas were straight.
Mind you a Mexican writing a review for a "Authentic Honduran Spot" would seem off, but I took my Honduran friend straight from San Pedro, that there is my backup.
Nonetheless it's pretty straight nothing special, glad it was a one time thing.
