I have been going here since I was a little girl and it gets better every time I go. Their salsa verde is top tier and starts my meal off just right. Every dish I have had here has been amazing, just cooked perfectly, and the portions are so good for the price point. The service is amazing and so quick. Your drink never gets empty and your order gets put in fast. Highly highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area.

The Birria Tacos are the best I've ever had in Houston. The street tacos are really good too. The staff is super friendly. And the Green Salsa is so good, not very spicy and a good flavor.
Wish more people knew about this hidden gem.

“Casa María offers excellent service — the staff was attentive and friendly from start to finish. The food was good, though not exceptional, and the atmosphere was a bit noisy with the space feeling a little tight. That said, I would still come back for the warm hospitality and overall experience.”

Great skinny margarita's!!! The seafood nachos are to die for! Big enough to share with a friend!! Friendly wait staff and the "windows" above the dining area feel like you're dining in a Mexican plaza

Had dinner here with a friend who's been coming here for years upon her recommendation and the food did NOT disappoint!!! I ordered the Chile Relleno with the ground beef filling and found it to be flavorful and generously sized! Had enough for breakfast the next day! Would definitely recommend if you're looking for tasty, reasonably priced Mexican food in the Katy area.
